Are there ever rookies who are finishing up their semester at school during the spring semester? What percentage would be in that scenario? Would that be a viable excuse for missing? I just feel like I never hear this as a reason for missing out on mini-camp. only certain colleges are on quarters still (stanford is one I believe) and they go through June and as I understand it, they are not allowed to go to rookie camp if still enrolled in school.
