He is who he is. He'll be that way until he leaves the league with about 10,000-12,000 yards under his belt. But that's the thing. By the time this season is over and his contract is up, he'll already have about 8,500 of those yards under his belt over 8 pounding seasons. Are you really going to pay $8MM+ a year for four more years to get those last 3,000 yards? I can't see Lynch accepting a pay cut after winning a SB. Smart teams know when to dump running backs.
