No way does Ralph want his legacy to include his wife and niece being responsible for the relocation of this franchise. No way do you need a 4-person team to simply accept highest bid and most likely to get approval from owners. If they sell the team to someone who moves it, then they will be reviled figures around the Buffalo area.
