Not gonna look it up but I doubt it has anything to with it being a down year or anything slash fans being desperate for a pick. SImple fact that Buffalo fans love their squads. By ratings measures Buffalo is a top 30 or 50 or 60 market in North America (depending on the ranking system and area included).
