That nonsense ranks up there with Brandin saying the 90's Bills had trouble selling seats in December. So, you do not htink the Ralph has some of the best sight lines? Are you serious??? These are the Stadiums where I have seen games last 10 years..name me one that has better sight lines Baltimore Washington Philly Charlotte Atlanta Dallas New England San Diego Chicago Miami The Ralph has only one issue as it concerns sight lines..first couple of rows are too close to field, makes people stand up. Outside of that , none of those stadiums can hold a candle to the Ralph for fans in the actual bowl of the stadium. Now, The Ralph lacks in revenue generating Suites and clubs, and certainly the concources need to be improved if possible. BTW I did NOT hear Jermey starting to question the sight lines..nor did I hear a terse no to the Toronto question...I heard a no..there is nothng new to report! This is a sh!!ty deal. 23 to 28,000,000./year to keep the Bills here. If that's the price let them walk. If this state and this county is being asked to fork over that kind of money the lease term should be 20 years at least with heavy penalties for breakage. Hmmmm, I've been many of those stadiums too and as White said it's not like first impression is that Rich stadium has appreciably better sight-lines. (street, etc.) TIA It's a large tract of land a few blocks from the casino (the first portion of Niagara Street from about 9th Street to Portage Road). Howard Milstein is the head of Niagara Falls Redevelopment that has been buying up hundreds of properties in this area (mostly run downed, vacant homes). He is also real tight with Cuomo. Not saying that this is an ideal sight for the Bills new home but there is plenty of land available owned by a good buddy of the NYS govenor. It is crystal clear however that the current owner of the Bills has ZERO intention of building a new stadium. Such a project would only commence when the Bills are under new ownership, whenever that may be, if they decide NOT to move the team. The real interesting part here is that Roger Trevino is the president of NFR. He was also the agent of one Jim Kelly. Hmmm..... Nothing suggests that they would approve him this time around. The site also is smaller than Rich stadiums by 30% and has a lot of buildings / businesss that would have to cleared - it is by no means ideal. Another myth that has to be busted is that Jim Kelly will have anything to do future ownership of this team, just watch the interview he did with Koshinsky. Unfortunately that is not the only reason to go see a game which is why he'll have crowds averaging about 55,000 for the last three home games and that might be generous. And now, a developer in Buffalo wants to build a new stadium on the Buffalo waterfront and wants to build a museum (Strong Museum of Play) next to it, to allegedly draw people to the site.
