Four More Years!!!

Recommended Posts

Tough ****...can't spend "Y's" money on "X", it's a violation of federal law.

However, if you have plenty of Ys and leftover Y budget, you must buy more Ys to ensure you get the same money next year for more Ys that you don't need.

I don't know why people think the federal government is run differently from a private company. Private companies do this all the time!!! It's how we show profit!

No, actually. When the first plane hits, you assume it's a plane accident and definitely don't drop everything. When the second plane hits and someone tells you "We're under attack," you tell them "We're cutting this short in five minutes, you have that long to get together everything we currently know and don't know." and sit there calmly while everyone else freaks out..

Go with "no, I'm not." At least then you've got honesty going for you.

I really like taking moral advice from the person who claims he's never wrong. I'd call you an idiot and a !@#$ing moron but I think you're better than that, maybe like a "Wednesday" though.

Different budget items, and you can't take from one for the other.

Just had that very discussion, in fact...we need computers for "X", have money for "Y" which is much less of a priority. Tough ****...can't spend "Y's" money on "X", it's a violation of federal law.

"But he also stressed that he didn’t see money as the reason behind the security failures in Libya: “In the case of our committee, we’re — we’re recognizing that there was 2.2 billion dollars in a discretionary fund that could have been used for security"

Yeah...but I was responding specifically to the irrelavent complaint "They're wasting money on Volts in Vienna!"

Because you don't have to invent stupid and unrealistic controversies to make this administration look lost and overwhelmed. The reality of this administration is SO much worse than anything most of you half-wits could imagine.

It's not irrelevant, it's indicative of their priorities.

It IS irrelevant, in that 1) it's a judgement made in hindsight, 2) it could very well reflect priorities that were altered after they were set and couldn't legally be changed, and 3) as you pointed out yourself, they had a discretionary budget to dip in to, so the who "Volts in Vienna" non-issue is a non-issue since it didn't exclude security funding.

Four more years...............................

Our Awful Economy, In One Chart.

Michelle Obama says we are “in the midst of a huge recovery.” That claim is laughable to anyone who has lived through the last four years; this simple chart from the Senate Budget Committee highlights one of the central failings of Obamanomics: people are leaving the labor force faster than they are entering it. Since Obama became president ten times as many people have been added to the roster of those not in the labor force, than have been added to the labor force:

That record of futility can never have been approached in American history.

Obama Needs a Momentum Shift Now.

And the MSM will do everything it can to make it happen.............

such as this:

WaPo/ABC: Huge (Phantom) Democratic Edge Boosts Obama

The newly released Washington Post/ABC News poll of likely voters says that if the election were held today, Democrats would enjoy a 9-point advantage over Republicans in voter turnout (35 to 26 percent), and President Obama would beat Mitt Romney by 3 percentage points (49 to 46 percent). The good news for Romney is that, to be able to cut a 9-point disadvantage in voter turnout to just a 3-point deficit in votes, he must be doing awfully well with independents. The bad news for Obama is that it’s very hard to find corroborating evidence of this massive Democratic edge.

I'm going to have to call BS. That chart was clearly made only counting 50 states, when in fact there are 57. There had to have been at least 12 million people in the 7 states the make up New Obamaland that have been added to the workforce, in addition to all the millions of jobs saved or created in that region.
