I actually think the series is better than the books. Martin has a rambling, verbose writing style. Should be very interesting now that I have some idea who's who. What in the world is the dragon mother going to do with all those freed slaves? I've real all the books and I found it hard to complain when watching it with the family who have yet to read the books.
