NoSaint
How poorly does he need to play to get sat down? The ankle is clearly a major issue.
truth on hold
Their mistake was not doing it for the last 2 games, where they only went 1 & 1 anyway. he was horrible on MNF with the ankle, and not needed against Browns. They screwed the playoffs not letting him heal
boyst
At this point, bench him. They will need him more then they do now IF they get past the Broncos.
Astrojanitor
I say bench him. I don't think I have ever seen Pittsburgh's offense play as poorly as they have done so far today. His health is clearly a problem.

Simon
The 49'ers game was worse. If they wouldn't pull him then, there's no way they're doing it now.
TC in St. Louis
How do they miss things like that backward pass from Ben? Denver recovered at the Pittsburgh 18, and no doubt would've expanded the lead. Instead, Pittsburgh keeps the ball and goes down to punch one in. Ridiculous. Heads should roll. Rules should change. KD in CA
He looks pretty good now --- those painkillers must have kicked in. He probably wouldn't feel it if someone set him on fire.
ofiba
I think this board would explode if that "whistle blew so we can't give you the fumble you clearly recovered" play happened to the Bills in the playoffs. I'm pretty upset about it and I don't even care about the Broncos.

Yes, but at least we'd give it a colorful nickname like all the other franchise-dooming calls that have gone against us in the playoffs. p.s. is anyone else conflicted watching this game? I'd love to see Denver beat Pittsburgh but the ultimate goal is to have NE lose next week and I can't see Tebow making that happen. Fixxxer
Maybe we don't want him back after all. Oh, c'mon I was warming up to that idea. Willis McGahee, not giving a !@#$ since the day he was drafted.

Just Jack
Well, Bills fans know what it's like to lose on one play in OT, even if it was not in the Playoffs.
KD in CA
Well that was fun. p.s. can one of the 'coin flip shouldn't decide the game' people let me know when Pittsburgh gets their fair shot in OT?
