These not so far off sentiments really have to be delusional at best. This team is the only one around that seems to peak at 7-9 each year only to get worse after more draft and FA years. Not far off? Really? Look at the division the Bills are in....you are most likely looking at 5 out of 6 losses right off the bat. They have not beaten the Patriots in 1,000 tries and the Patriots just stacked themselves even more yesterday. Until someone in that organization builds an elite line, gets an actual NFL pass rush and lands a playoff QB, the Bills will be staring up at a 10 win season forever. Really, ask yourself when the last time you entered the season thinking they would make the playoffs. Any time they have been close, you look back at the wins and they were always against #$it-bag teams. Nobody would be on this board if they did not love the Bills but come on, this team is void of any star talent.....

I know the state of this organization is bottom of the league status and I accept that every single year. Emotions ran out a long time ago. I can't even get geared up for Home Openers anymore. I still go, have a great tailgate and leave after what usually is a loss. Fine...BUT this free agency period every year is the one thing that pisses me off every time because every team in our division gets better every year while the Bills just sit there like they don't even belong in the NFL. It seems every year that FAs pathetically leverage against the Bills to get more money from the team that knew they were going to pick the whole time. Yes, this team is bad but come on, to get slapped in the face every year just puts the sting back time and time again. Get FA over with so at least the that HOPE of getting a Pro Bowler is over until next year. This organization REALLY needs the silver bullet which is a top ranked QB and until that happens, I just don't see them turning the corner. There are too many obstacles for this organization to overcome and I just don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hey, the new unis will look sharp though (and that is not sarcasm). See ya at the opener! Now go get a Tight End!!!!!!

Once again, the AFC East gets stronger and stronger as each team plays off the other teams moves. A real organization would try and counter either in the draft or FA to try and keep up and then you have the Bills who drift further and fuuuuuurther away. I guess I'll just be content to have a team in Buffalo - why bother competing

I don't pretend to know more than these guys but some things are so freakin' obvious, it's pathetic. These moves would not be to please the fans for the sake of it, they would please the fans because the team would actually be better (what a concept)!

Solidifying your line and getting a TE that has been missing for the past 10 years is not exactly T.O. What I am saying is that it is a win win for fans AND management (if they have a clue)

Who needs LBs in a 3-4? Oh yea, we do. I am just thinking that they could secure two giant holes this year and then draft the LB of need next year. I think they believe a younger guy will step up this year and who knows.This year is pretty much a wash so get two guys on your radar while you can. If the Jets sign asogmowa or whatever the Hell his name is, the best available TE is going to be a MUST.

Seriously, throw a ton at these two positions and be done with it. I bet fans would be happy and they can rinse their hands of free agency. Put the rest into resigning or extending their own and be done with it.....

This is NOT Nix's plan, it is the Golisano / Ralph plan of not spending money if you don't have to.....What in the world do you people expect. NOTHING will change until there is a new owner and that is not something I encourage either as the Bills may move to where that owner wants them. IT IS WHAT IT IS! Go tot the tailgates, watch some football but DON'T expect a winning team....you will enjoy the season much more.

what is so tough to figure out? The Buffalo Bills organization is looked at as one of the 3 biggest dump piles in the league. Tell me one good reason why a FA WOULD want to play here? No proven QB, no playoffs in a decade, a bush league front office, a meddling owner and uncertainty of the teams future. It is what it is - they have to nail the drafts. Have you noticed that the only reason QBs come here is because they have a chance to start.....Hey, I go to all the games and support this team but come on, to act surprised is just foolish.

If people really did not see this coming (going to another team), you are truly blind to the Bills organization. Once he hit the market, it was over and the Bills never had a chance. They will probably over-pay like you wouldn't believe for Florence now. If they do lose both, it would not be too shocking but I expect a HEAVY offer for Florence...
