  1. These guys have nothing on Joe Theismann & the Redskins homers.
  2. Goodwin's TD return was for 107 yards. Anyone know how long his first one was for?
  3. That's just as bad as Ray Bentley's "Jag-Wires"
  4. Congrats EJ, great TD pass!!!
  5. Looking good so far on the 2 minute drill.
  6. We have our new kick returner. Goodwin's 2 returns have been great so far!!
  7. Hopefully the Bills can get by with Brown or Legursky this year at LG. After reading about Cordy Glenn struggle against speed rushers and Mike Mayock glowing about the probowl possibilities of Glenn at LG, I would like the Bills to draft a LT next year & have Glenn switch to LG. With Glenn's size, I feel he would open up huge holes in the run game.
  8. Thanks for the report Uncle Flap!
  9. My dad was in the Navy and bust my chops about being a Marine, so my favorite line to guys that have been in the navy is "So you were in the navy, but you're out now? That makes you a discharged seaman!!" (Sounds better when you say it aloud).
  10. ARMY= Ain't Ready for Marines Yet USMC= Uncle Sam's Misguided Children (or how we liked to say when we were on active duty, U Signed the Mother F@!cking Contract!!)
  11. Thanks, I appreciate that. Likewise, thanks to you & your family for your service.
  12. Staybridge Suites in west Seneca across from the old Seneca Mall is nice. Country Inn & Suites (next door to Staybridge) is fairly new. Also, try around the airport as they have built up a lot of hotels across the street.
  13. Lol, I been there a couple of times when I was stationed at Cherry Point, NC. Jacksonville, NC (Camp Lejeune) is similar to Fayetteville.
  14. Basically all the males in my family have served dating back to the civil war. My Great, Great, Great Grandfather and his two brothers served in the N.Y. Volunteer Infantry.
  15. Thanks for serving! Where are you stationed at?
  16. That stinks. Good special teams player for the Bills. I hope he gets better.
  17. Our D.I.'s said we should salute purple heart recipients out of respect, which I always did. Which branch of service were you in? I was in the Marines for 8 1/2 years until I tore my foot & ankle up.
  18. Sarge?! There are no "Sarge's" in the Marines. The Marine in his dress blue uniform is a Gunnery Sergeant or "Gunny." Sarge's are in the army. If you're an enlisted member of the military, you only salute Officers, Warrant Officers, or out of respect to recipients of the Purple Heart (meaning you got shot or wounded in combat) which is why the Marine Gunnery Sergeant was yelling "NO!!!" I appreciate the respect Goodwin was trying to show, but he was out of place.
  19. Thanks again Astro!
  20. If Marrone/Hackett calls as many run plays as they did in Syracuse, then my prediction for Spiller is 1,800+ yards rushing this year.
