  1. I nearly collapsed from the extended exposure to his royal Chroise' radiance, hence I look extremly crappy on the picture.
  2. Your avatar is broken! It won't accept OK.
  3. Pictures as promised! Welcome sign party Gibran on stage with a picture of him in Admirals suit behind him My shirt before it was actually mine Crowd Me receiving Hamdan his shirt (horrific picture of me) Me in my Bills replica shirt. Moooooar pics can be found at http://www.superbowlparty.nl
  4. Ugh Grossman is JP all over again... Hamdan himself expects to return as third stringer not as 2nd, but that may have been managing expectations on his side. Carr seems like a legit option.
  5. Ears keep growing throughout your life.
  6. You won't believe how nice and down to earth a guy he really is btw, you won't find him screaming i'm worth 100k a year on a parkinglot...
  7. Which can be found here (good read): http://www.buffalonews.com/opinion/columns...ory/568057.html

  9. A video of the night here (in Dutch but with Hamdan saying a few words): http://www.sportweek.nl/overige/84905/Spor...nt_in_Hoofddorp
  10. Sooo, I'm taking a leak and suddenly I hear (I was wearing my Hamdan replica shirt): Hamdan: "nice shirt you're wearing" Me: "fancy seeing you in the loo" Quite the meet lol. I got to talk to him twice that evening once in the toilet and outside it and when he handed me his shirt later that evening. I asked as much as I could: 1. How legit do you see your shot at #2 QB for next season or do you expect the Bills to bring in a veteran QB. A. He fully expects the Bills to bring in a veteran QB and therefor his chances at #2 to be slim. 2. Are you still friends with Trent? A. Very much so. 3. Do you expect the Bills to resign you? A. Yes, contract negotiations are underway between his agent and the Bills, he instructed his agent not to contact him for two weeks though as he is travelling through Europe (visiting the Netherlands and then off to Italy (Florence and Venice). 4. Are you aware of the nickname the Bills fans gave you? A. (puzzled look) No. (So I explained the whole Chroise thing which made him smile). Hamdan was also interviewed on stage where he got asked the question about his contract status again but also; A huge roar from the crowd errupted as Hamdan got onto the stage followed by a "Let's go Admirals" for a couple of minutes, at least he's popular as ever with us. One guy brought his orange inflatable 5, Hamdan his number with us was 5 and when he got injured we all had inflatable number 5's as a sign of support towards the team and Hamdan. After the roar quited down he talked about that period and how much he had loved the support with our entire stadium carrying the 5's. More of a nice thing for us Amsterdam Admirals fans then anything else but heh. 1. Did you get contacted by Bart Andrus yet with the entire former coaching staff of the Amsterdam Admirals being the new coaching staff of the Toronto Argonauts (CFL). A. This question caught him off guard, he did answer that he preffered to stay in the NFL. My guess is that there has indeed been contact between the Argonauts and Hamdan his agent (conjecture on my part). I ended up winning the charity auction and got myself Hamdan his original Bills shirt (and an inventation as his personal guest if i visit the Bills \o/): Hamdans original Bills jersey Hamdan at Schiphol (Amsterdam Airport) There should be pictures of me getting the shirt from Hamdan but I havent seen them online yet, will post as soon as I find them.
  11. We don't have a player named Hamden... Anyway Gibran Hamdan himself thinks the Bills will be getting a veteran QB with him remaining third. He could be managing his own expectations though, but that's from the horse his mouth so to speak.
  12. NFL Europe featured these OT rules; toss for first possession then team to score would win if the number of possesions had been equal else the opponent would get another possession. This worked great and led to extremly exiting OTs (just a fg was often not enoug for a win). Edit: NFL vote on incorperating the NFL Europe rule didnt make it btw.
  13. Haarlem, The Netherlands

  15. Best team: 99 Rams Best game: 08 Giants vs. Patriots
  16. Marvin Phillip was selected: Round 6, Pick 32, Overall Pick 201 by Steelers in the 2006 draft and was rated #4 center going into the draft (out of 59) did indeed get injured (hernia) and has had an injury every year since.
  17. P.K. Sam was a Miami Dolphins player who played in NFL Europe in 2006 or 2007 for Rhein Fire, had his moments there, had some great plays but also games where he was none existent.
  18. I'll pop that one as well but he'll prolly go all political on me.
  19. He'll go in as an Amsterdam Admiral and a Bills, no discussion there...
  20. The Chroise will be attending the Superbowl party down here in Amsterdam and I'd prolly be in the opportunity to have a quick chat with him. Anything you'd like me to ask?
  21. Good read thanks for posting!
  22. He was a real playmaker in NFL Europe with the Amsterdam Admirals, was on the Admirals together with Hamdan. But I don't see him move as the Argonauts just signed former Admirals HC Bart Andrus. http://www.argonauts.ca/index.php/article/...out-bart-andrus
  23. Agreed, also taking his preseason performance into account.
  24. Buffalo Bills: Come support the AFC West division champs! Buffalo Bills: Yes Seven of Nine is our favorite trekkie as well....
