  1. Worst scoring offense in the NFL, averaging 13.1 point per game. The fish do not concern me. The 40 point shutout loss to Baltimore is not an anomaly, it is regression to the mean. Miami sucks. The four wins they've got are the anomaly.
  2. You fargin sneaky bastage. I'm gonna take your dwork. I'm gonna nail it to the wall. I'm gonna crush your boils in a meat grinder. I'm gonna cut off your arms. I'm gonna shove 'em up your icehole. Dirty son-a-ma-batches. -Roman Moroni
  3. It isn't just the pats* guys. All of the local sports radio and TV guys out here are unashamedly blind homers. There is only one guy (Felger) out of hundreds who is even remotely close to objective.
  4. As you failed to quote the post to which you were responding, I'm confused as to whom you were calling an idiot. Care to clarify? Perhaps add a little supporting information to support your point?
  5. In a crackly, squeaky, high-pitched voice with a bit of a lisp. LOL.
  6. You seemed to be feeling a little inadequate having your Tundra boxed in by three real trucks... #BuiltFordTough #FSeries #1for40YearsRunning
  7. And "sell" our Kiko Alonso jerseys in the parking lot, and face plant into the sides of RVs, and take body shots from the cleft of a respectable young lady's posterior, and...
  8. I'm guessing the SHOOTY is related to the Sabres home opener. I was born and raised in San Jose, so while I have a soft spot for the Sabres, I'm a fan of a different cupless team. Go Sharks! I stay out of those. If I tried to keep up with those discussions I'd miss the game.
  9. Nah, definitely not a race. I've always been more of an observer than a talker.
  10. Especially here in pats* country. I have truly enjoyed going in to work these past couple Mondays (and the Friday after NE*-KC).
  11. I see no better purpose for my 1,000th post (since the recovery of my account following the great board crash of 2008) than to say, "thank you." Thank you to SDS for all of the work I know went into creating, and continues to go into maintaining, an amazing interwebs home for us Bills fans to gather. Thank you to all of the mods for working to make this a civil and informative place to discuss our team. I know how hard it can be to keep this motley crew civil. Thank you to all of the long-time posters who continue to inform and influence my football knowledge and opinions. Even when our opinions differ, (most of) you are still a pleasure to debate. Some of the best memories I have were spawned from these forums. From meeting up with fellow TBDers at the draft in 2009, to my first Bills home game that same year, to my two-year-old TBDAHOT road trip tradition. Everybody I've met via these forums has been an absolute pleasure to know, and I've made some great friends courtesy of TBD. My life has been truly enriched by this site. So I say again, to Scott and to everybody else who makes TwoBillsDrive such a great place, thank you. Go Bills!
  12. I believe doors open at 11. I'd get there by about 11:30 if you want a good seat. I usually sat in the back left corner with the big projector screen.
  13. What I find impressive are the Strength of Schedule and Strength of Victory numbers. Thus far, the Bills strength of schedule (.688) is second in the AFC to only San Diego (.667). Even more impressive is the strength of victory (combined winning percentage of the teams they've beaten). The Bills are a distant first in this category at .667, while three teams are tied for second at .500. This is the difference between the prior fast starts and this one, the reason this feels so different. The Bills have stormed out to a 3-1 record at the quarter-pole and first in the division while playing a tougher schedule than almost the entire conference and beating a better slate of teams than anyone else.
  14. This is all true. The oath is to the constitution, not the flag. We do fight for the guy next to us more than we do the flag. I don't even disagree with what these guys are protesting and it is absolutely within their rights to protest in a way that shows a lack of respect for the colors. But I had friends come home to their families underneath those colors, so I will not hesitate to use my 1st Amendment rights to rail against the people who denigrate or disrespect those colors. It may just be a piece of cloth to some, but it is much more than that to many.
  15. The evidence pointed to him being guilty, just not "beyond a reasonable doubt."
  16. I wouldn't say guilty for anybody for anything unless it was proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I sat on a jury for a criminal trial. It was particularly difficult for me as the father of two little girls because the charge was "Rape of a Child." The entire jury believed the defendant (who happened to be a minority) had done what he was accused of, but we had no choice but to return a not guilty verdict because the prosecution failed to provide sufficient evidence and testimony to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. None of us liked it, but we agreed that the cornerstone of our judicial system is innocence until guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, and that to imprison a person who *may* be innocent would be far more egregious than to acquit a person who was *probably* guilty.
  17. I have seen the video, but a 12 second clip doesn't paint anything resembling a complete picture without full context and background information.
