On PTI, Kornheiser half-jokingly suggested to Wilbon that his Bears should trade Fields and the #1 pick to the Ravens for Lamar....not a fan of LJ, but I think the Ravens would have to consider it at this point.

I agree...whatever nets the NFL more money is exactly what they will do. I think it will sort of diminish the regular season since the goal of “winning” the regular season was to host the Championship game in front of your fans.

When he signed that contract, I said on this board somewhere that Murray would take the guaranteed money and run, and would be playing baseball within three years. With everything we have seen since then, it has only made me more sure of my prediction.

This is something that has been lacking in the Bills offense in the last two months, clearly because of Josh Allen’s elbow injury. It looks like the elbow is back in form as the three deep balls Josh threw today were perfect! This is huge in helping loosen up opposing defenses moving forward in the playoffs. Will we we see the explosive offense we were accustomed to seeing return for the playoff run?? Lets hope so!!!!! Go Bills!!!

After the Hamlin situation, I don’t see any player risking their long term health at this point. He won’t return until next season, IMO.

I really, really can’t wait to watch this game! It has been a roller coaster of a week, but I think the Bills come out on fire, and put this game away early. Go Bills, and get well, 3!!!!

I’m sure this has been mentioned somewhere, but I think that on the Bills first play on defense, they should line up with only ten players, leaving Hamlin’s safety spot empty, then call a timeout to bring on the 11th player. I think that would be an awesome tribute for Hamlin!

Not only would it be "bad mojo", but it would be an unfair advantage to the other playoff teams to make the Bills and Bengals squeeze in another game right before the playoffs start.....lets just move past that game and focus on the Pats game. If the Bills have to go on the road to play KC in the playoffs, so be it. It stinks to lose the chance at home field advantage, but I believe the Bills will be up to the task no matter where they have to play. Go Bills!!

Didn’t want to bring this up with all that happened, but Hutchinson has to get a hefty fine for that blatantly dirty play.

Was thinking about any comparisons in sports to what happened yesterday, and one of the first ones I came up with was the death of Dale Earnhardt Sr. at the Daytona 500. I then realized that Earnhardt’s car number and Hamlin’s jersey number were both 3....freaky coincidence.

If a forfeit is forced, I’m not totally convinced the Bengals would accept a win given the circumstances. They experienced the same thing the Bills experienced on that field....would they really want to benefit from such a terrible situation?

With the low moral character coaches we have to put up with from the other teams in the AFC East, I will forever remember the absolute class displayed by both Sean McDermott and Zac Taylor under unbelievably devastating circumstances. Unbelievably high moral character shown by both of those guys. What a gut-wrenching night.

I can never “be happy” for another AFC team. However, I’m sort of happy for the Lions and their fans for their chance to make the playoffs.
