I have to admit that I didn't expect Indiana to win tonight, but they continue to impress.......it is a tall order to win a Game 7 on the road, but anything seems to be possible with this team. If they hadn't blown Game 4, this could've been a closeout game...... Looking forward to Sunday night!!

As to Henry......before the Ravens got Henry, the excuse from the Media was "there isn't enough help around him"...... now that they have Henry, the Media still blames everyone else but Jackson when they lose. It has been reported that Jackson travels to New York to party on the weekdays in between games, and does not watch a lot of film to try to make himself a more well-rounded QB.....these are signs of a player who isn't too smart, IMO. Also, I am not sure if the last line of your post insinuated A racial component to my arguement, but there are plenty of smart Black QB's in the league......there are also plenty of dumb White QB's in the league....race is not a factor here.

Where did I say its a bad thing to design an offense to take advantage of a players strengths?? The question was can a player who isn't very smart win an MVP, and my answer was yes if he is put in the perfect offense for him and gets massive help from the media. That gimmicky read option Offense with a future first ballot Hall of Fame RB standing right next to him is the only Offense he would be successful running.

Not when you have an Offense that is tailor made for him, that also protects him from his limitations in that area, and a Media Machine that is designed to prop him up when he succeeds, and deflects blame from him when he fails. Josh Allen should have won MVP two years ago as well......maybe if the Media treated him the way it treats Jackson he would have won it.

The guy almost "Robert Durst's" himself at the end of the final episode, but for whatever reason, the filmmaker stopped him from doing it. He spent 10 years in prison for doing unspeakable things, and truly should have done a lot more time than that for what he did. Then it appears he got away with at least 2 and maybe 3 or more murders as well......a wild story.

No games today, but Desmond Bane being traded to my Orlando Magic made me a happy guy today!! The price seems a little steep with the 4 first round draft picks, but if the team is as good as I believe it will now be, those picks will be in the 20's, not lottery picks. They already have their two Superstar players in Banchero and Franz Wagner, but the weakest position on the Magic was the Shooting Guard position, and the weakest aspect of the team was 3 point shooting......Bane is a sharp-shooting 2 guard that solves both of those problems. Maybe this time next year we will be talking Orlando Magic Basketball in the NBA Finals portion of this thread!! Go Magic!!

Seems like Edmonton never misses an opportunity to miss an opportunity. They really had a chance to take control of this series at home, and they laid an egg!! Indiana blowing Game 4 in the NBA finals, and Edmonton losing Game 5 in the Stanley Cup finals could prove costly for both teams, IMO.

Draisaitl with the redemption in OT, after blowing the chance to make it 5-3 with 3 minutes to go in regulation. When he didn't score there, I feared it was a sign they would lose, then when Florida tied it with 19 seconds, yikes......thankfully they were able to complete the comeback. Aside from Game 3, this has really been a fun series to watch!

Halliburton and Siakum played great, but big props to Mathurin and McConnell off the bench.....we have ourselves a series, folks!!

If you are into documentaries, make sure you catch The Tylenol Murders on Netflix, and The Mortician on HBO. The guy featured in the Mortician is a real sicko, and a true psychopath..... I can't believe he agreed to talk to the documentary makers.

Yeah, I honestly don't think Cook is going to "LeVeon Bell" it. He will show up, not make too many waves....maybe a few rumbles during training camp, play out the year and sign his big contract next year, but as you said, it won't be with the Bills.

Not much to say about this game.....I guess the phrase "crap-tacular" comes to mind. Edmonton has to stay out of the penalty box....they seemed to be trying to play Florida's game, and that's not what got them this far. That 3rd period was a joke.....I'm sure that is not they kind of Hockey the NHL wants to be showcased to a National audience.

Anybody else watching "Sherlock and Daughter" on the CW?? I thought it might be geared more towards kids, but I thought I would give it a try and at least watch Episode 1, but it has really turned out to be a good show. I like the actor who plays Sherlock, David Thewlis...I remember him from Season 4 of Fargo, and the actress that plays the daughter I had never seen before, but she is very good as well. The season finale is on Wednesday, but I'm sure you could catch up "On Demand" if you want to. Also, I've been watching "Dept. Q" on Netflix.....a Scottish Police procedural, with a little bit of comedy, if you like the fact that the main character, the Detective investigating the case, is a bit of an A-hole(in a funny way). I'd give this show 5 stars if not for the unnecessary overuse of the F-word, but if you can get past that, its worth the watch.

Well, that game was over pretty quickly..... had to figure OKC would play that way in a must-win game. I think we will find out what kind of series this is going to be in Game 3.

The PGA tour wanted him to win the Masters as much as he did....we will never know what they allowed him to do to make it happen. No great player can go from playing as good as he was playing, to absolutely crapping the bed like he is right now.....there has to be a reason for it I will admit I've always felt him to be a bit of a fraud, being propped up by the PGA Tour after Tiger and Phil were past their primes. I also feel he showed his true character after how he treated his fiancee at the time, Caroline Wozniacki....breaking up with her in a 2 minute phone call, then ghosting her from that point forward. There's a lot of smoke right now, but honestly there really never will be any way to know whose right about this situation unless something is leaked like it was with Dustin Johnson. I wouldn't expect much different results next week.......Oakmont is not a golf course you want to show up at playing the way he is playing right now.

McGee's kickoff returns were some of the only excitement we would get watching those drought-era games! Then the league caught on and teams would rather kick the ball out of bounds to keep it away from him, knowing the Bills pathetic offense at the time wasn't going anywhere with it. Those were dark days to be a Bills fan. I hope everybody takes a little time every once in a while to realize how lucky we are to have a successful team with a League MVP QB to lead it!!!

Great decision by Carlisle not to take a timeout at the end.....they knew who the ball was going to, why give the Thunder a chance at setting up their D.
