  1. Blatant homerism is NOT pointless. It makes us feel better about ourselves dammit.
  2. im really glad we have buddy...
  3. I sat here for a while trying to think of some way to contribute to this thread. I feel a little like James Carville in the debate scene in old school. There is nothing else that can be said. He's a kicker named Long Ding...it's just perfect..
  4. I am seriously excited about this kid. Bottom line is he makes plays. Every time he's been given a chance, he makes plays. He's the anti-Leodis.
  5. martin...david has a better chance of being there in the 3rd. that would be a DREAM top 3.
  6. honestly, thats awesome
  7. I live in nc and fly up on most Sunday's. It's pretty easy to sell them online if you can't make the game. Stub hub, ticket exchange, etc...
  8. only if she were doing this analysis from the kitchen
  9. post of the year
  10. you know they are going pick the most "offensive" comments. people are going to say what they are going to say. im sure there were tons of replies that didnt have such a nasty tone. who cares...
  11. i dont know, but i almost fell out of my chair laughing and i am definitely going to steal it.
  12. 27-13 Bills go to 4-0!
  13. answer honestly... go back in time 3 months. if God came to you and said you could hand pick 1 win and 1 loss between the pats and bengals, you'd pick the bengals for the W? doubt it. i agree this is an important game, but they all are. down the road we will all remember the patriots win, it HAD to happen. you are correct...you do sound crazy.
  14. it was sort of like this... but the opposite!
  15. Definitely a terrible call. Byrd is having a hell of a year thus far. The guy does a great job in run support and has no problem at all with laying a lick. Hopefully he can get on the INT bandwagon against the Bungles. Keep up the great work Byrd man!
  16. this will be huge. san diego wins that game yesterday if not for the 4 turnovers. i feel the perfect storm for a bills win coming on IF they protect the ball. the *'s are primed to be exposed. they can beat bad teams (miami) and beat teams that beat themselves (san diego), but i honestly think they are riding a lttle bit of a hype wave right now.
  17. so you were here in the REAL crazy days of ECU. it sure has gotten milder over the past decade. weve been together since 2006. if you ever pass through greenville on a sunday stop by.
  18. the bills backers of greenville nc (theres 8 of us) will be religiously watching every game on tv #2 at tiebreakers. were a small group, but a rowdy group. the last time we played the chiefs there was blood shed. cant wait for next sunday.
  19. i hope aiken makes it. his ceiling is much higher than roosevelt.
  20. one of these things is not like the other... i mean, wood is solid, but maybe throw thurman in there instead.
  21. i grew up in orlando and still follow ucf relatively closely. if this kid was at a big time school or if he had anyone decent throwing him the ball, he would most certainly have been drafted. im kind of surprised he wasn't anyway. number 2 this early though? say what you will about buddy and chan. if they find someone they think can play, they sure aren't afraid to give them a chance.
  22. exactly... you dont get 20 picks every year. they have chosen to re-build through the draft, and that forces them to chip away at one weak spot at a time. given the choice id take an improvment on the defense first all day. a weak offensive line can be masked with an effective play caller, which i consider cg to be.
