Per Rich Mckay ( competion commitee) Instant replay is permanent. All stadiums are going to be upgraded before start of season to high definition. The equipment they were using was 8 yrs old and erratic, McKay said viewers at home had a better picture than replay officals had so they felt they had to upgrade now. He did not say this, but I know they use the network feed for instant replay. I think this means CBS will be forced to televise all games in high definition next season. This was on the NFL Network about 3PM.(no link)

From what I read on many Philly boards, Walker is not an Adams type stay at home plug the hole DT. He is a pennetrating, in the backfield type player the Bills are looking for. Kelly fits in well as a west coast QB. I think he will be much better than Feely for them as a backup. If TKO gets back to where he was before the injury the Eagles got the best of the deal by far as they need him even more than than we need a DT. If TKO plays like he did the last couple games last year, I think this is one of those rare trades where both teams benefit equally.

I agree with you, neither player has played at an all pro level yet. Sometimes a change to a new team with a different sceme can bring out the best a player has to offer. Lets hope this is the case, we shall see. (Don't think it will help McGahee though)

If it is late in the year and snow is on the ground, I hope it isn't national. We don't need the entire country see McGahee abused by Bills Fans.

That was 1 fan, NEPHILLYMIKE said the opposite about him on the same link. I read a number of Philly posts. Most think he is a good guy in the locker room & community. He is a good penetrator, pass rusher, but does not hold up well against the run most believe. From what I read I think he will fit our defense much better than Phillys.

The funniest thing Willis said about Buffalo is they only have chain resturants Applebees etc... Last time I was in Buffalo there were many great local eating establishments. He also said " The women.... well Buffalos not a Big City" he should be pelted by as many snowballs as possible for that statement alone.

I am in total agreement with you. Much like McGahees Toronto comment. It is totally obvious now, he knew that was his ticket out of town. Probably his agents idea, as I don't think he is smart enough to think it up himself. ( His own mother said he was too stupid to know women lie to men. )

Great post ! Lets hope our draft sucks as bad as last years. The highest grade I saw for Buffalo in the rags last year was a C. It will be great to see how these drafts grade out in 3 years.

I haven't been back to Buffalo for a couple years, aside from the great fast food places like Mighty Taco (I miss you most of all) Teds, Andersons, Bocci pizza etc.. I miss the local watering holes that serve great food at great prices much more than the fancy clubs. For McGahee and people looking for what he is looking for in nightlife, no other city in the country can touch Miami. I think Willis will be disapointed with the nightlife in Baltamore.

Word down in Fla is if both Johnson & Thomas are off the board when the Bucs pick at 4 which now seems likely, The Bucs draft Okoye. Gruden coached him in the senior bowl and fell in love with him.

Best I have ever had are ones I make myself. Cut up steak in small pieces, pan fry on medium for a couple min. Put mayo on top & bottom of open roll. Put steak on roll followed by provalone cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions. Wrap in aluminum foil & put in 350 degree oven for about 5 min. Everyone I have made them for love them.

Not from what I read here in SW FLA. KC is asking for too much for Green, Carr is 10 years younger & free & clear. No decision has been made on who they will take. The only way they go with Green is if "they get him on the cheap". KC has to drop there asking price & Green has to agree to an incentive laden contract for Miami to choose him over Carr. Carr has also said Miami is his #1 choice of teams.

I think Miami signs Carr.

Especially if we could trade down & get 2 extra picks & Carriker & "sign him on the cheap"

How would you rate Clements? Is he the best CB in the NFL deserving of an $80 mil contract? If you think so I am glad you are not our GM. If you don't think so, Marv did the right thing to let him go. How would you rate K Thomas, & A Thomas, are both or either terrible signings in your opinion?

I am in total agreement with everthing in this post.

Last year Marv got 2 starting safetys, a starting DT (would have been 2 if McCargo didn't get injured) & numerous role players so I say yes, let me allay your fears.

I totally disagree with you. I think this off season could not have gone any better (so far ). 1) An O-line which showed major improvement the 2nd half of last season was seriously upgraded to where it should be a posative on the team instead of a negative. 2) Got rid of a below average (3.8 yds per carry, under 1000 yds ) underachieving, stupid, malcontent cancer, who wanted out of Buffalo badly & got a 3 & 7 this year & a 3 next year, when many posters thought we could not get better than a #4 for him. 3) Let go an above average ( not great ) CB who wanted CRAZY $$$ ( and got it ) instead of over paying for him. 4) Let go an undersize, ageing LB who does not fit the Defensive system the Bills are employing now. 5) Resigned a good CB in Thomas. 6) Resigned a good RB in Thomas. How could these moves do anything but inspire confidence in next season? There is still a whole lot of time left in this offseason which I am CONFIDENT Marv will use productivly to fill as many holes as possible. Any illogical nonsense being posted on this board is by you & the people in your camp ( many of which are TROLLS posing as Bills fans )!
