News flash back at you. The Dolphins turned it around because they have competent football people calling the shots and building the team the right way....in the trenches. And if you honestly believe that Zach Thomas was one of the Dolphins most productive players you haven't been watching football for the past few years. He's been terrible for years. Taylor I'll give you but again it was Parcells who decided to pull the plug on the prima donna me me me Taylor. Another news flash...That same owner, Ralph is the one who decided to keep our bad coach in place so it's twofold...lack of talent and lack of a competent leader. Either way it's Ralph's incompetence and cheapness as an owner so I think we'll both agree with that. He won't pay top dollar for a good coach and there are plenty out there. We're saying the same thing but I think the difference is that you are higher on our overall talent level than I am. Just because a player was drafted in the first or second round doesn't make them a good player. Whitner, Poz, Kelsey, Denney, and McCargo have been invisible the last 2 years or so. Can they get better? Sure. But it remains to be seen and I'm losing confidence in them. Especially Whitner and Poz (Forget about McCargo because he's a lost cause and will be cut). All I can say about these two high draft picks is that it's tough to find a game changing play that either one of them has made and to say that about your middle LB and strong safety is never good, especially where they were taken in the draft. Expect more underwhelming choices in this draft and a 5-11 record at best because the same buffoons are in charge and Ralph won't pay for talent.

I've never been more embarrassed to be a Bills fan. There is some talent on this team, yes but facts are facts and in the AFC East we're just not good enough. Nobody on this board can deny that of all the teams in the AFC East, we've done the least in free agency and even dropped a few guys and guess what? We won ZERO games in the AFC East last year. Wake up people. Ralph doesn't care and that's the truth. If he did, he would open the checkbook like all of the other teams did and get some talent. How do the Patriot moves look on this lovely morning? Springs, extra draft picks, oh yeah and a third wide receiver because they already had two good ones, just wait until they get either Peppers or Taylor. How does a defensive front of Seymour, Wilfork, and Peppers look with Thomas blitzing on the other side look? Scary people. How about the Jets with Bar Scott and Lito added to the fold. I haven't even talked about the division winners people. Oh yeah, and they have draft picks too. Oh but that's right, our draft will be perfect and everyone else in the division will miss on all of those picks right you Kool aid drinkers. Wake up people! We are last in the division and deserve to be for the complete lack of activity with bringing in valid NFL talent regardless of what you think of the young core of players on this team. They have young players too, people.

Oh my god, can I please have whatever you're smoking? This team is going to be vying for the first pick in the draft next year the way they are currently constituted. What I wanted them to do they've already blown. They should have gone after the 2nd tier guys AT LEAST to infuse the team with talent. Boley, Garcia, TJ, Bart Scott, Crowell even, Canty, someone. Pick 2 or 3 of them and go after them with real contracts. Don't create more holes by dumping Dockery either. There were already enough holes on this team without creating more. Buffalo needs to overpay because free agents don't want to play here. It's the weather, the talent level, and the obscurity. Sorry to be the bearer of grim reality but it's the truth. This team is sealing it's own fate. If the truth hurts then I'm sorry but somebody has to say it. Unless more talent comes to Buffalo, nobody will want to join the team. You can't just build through the draft. This team blew it after the first day of free agency when the first and second wave of guys were signed. All that's left now is guys who will lead us to 5-11.

I'm personally tired of giving lip service to this. I don't care if he reads it or not, I'm sending a letter to One Bills Drive addressed to Ralph Wilson personally. I suggest you all do the same. Express your displeasure. Speak out. We deserve better.

God that's well said. Ralph is a joke. Someone needs to wake him from his nap to either find his checkbook or sell the team to someone that knows where their checkbook is. As the season wound down and the Bills dumped 8 out of 10, the only hope I had was that Ralph saw that there was a true lack of talent on this team. Now that he has a chance to do something about it, he's completely silent and missing from the dance. This team is a joke and I'm not sure how much more of it the fans should stomach. We deserve better than Ralph and his tight purse strings.

asked about whether he was ready to give up his number 33 to Michael Turner.... .....he said he's changed his number because he's ready for a fresh start and he was all business....so it's available (he actually thought that the trade had gone down already the way the question was posed to him....because the media tends to find these things out before the players....he told the story about how he was on the phone with Kelly Holcomb when he saw the ESPN scroll that Kelly had been traded and he said to himself....I wonder if this guy knows he's now an Eagle.....and he said the Eagles are getting a great leader and teammate in Holcomb. if you're a good business man shouldn't you keep that number because it'll be worth a good chunck of change if Turner signs... .....it was time for a new beginning what's your new number... .....you'll have to watch the video tape who will step into the leadership roles now that Spikes, Fletcher, Clements and McGahee have all departed.... .....it's no longer a time for rah rah and words....it's a time for actions and he's excited about those actions...we'll just have to wait and see who those vocal guys are do you think management is just cutting players to cut costs... .....no, management is making changes to an exciting young team and moving in a new direction to fit the right players into the right scheme was Willis a bad guy in the clubhouse.... ......Willis was a great guy in the clubhouse and a great teammate who was very misunderstood by the media and thus by the fans. He was a southern florida guy and he definitely felt culture shock coming to Buffalo but meant no ill will in the things he said....much of which was taken out of context.....he will be missed a lot in this locker room.....also spoke glowingly about Kelly Holcomb and how much he will be missed and what a great teammate he was he was put on the spot and asked if he was GM for a day....what is the biggest weakness of the Buffalo Bills and what position would you draft in the first round..... ......very funny because he hemmed and hawed and said I can't even speculate but then relented and said I would take anything but a cornerback! he then promoted his new foundation for single fathers and when asked what the web site was he said just call me on my cell phone and then he gave out his cell phone number on the air!!!!!!!!! Very funny. The Fellas did a fantastic job getting a lot out of Greer who seemed very candid and funny. Did anyone else hear this? They talked about Buffalo for about 45 minutes...talking about Mothers and Anchor Bar and Duffs and that the women were hot and Willis doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.....I'll let you know if I can think of more....they had him on for quite a while.....he was promoting being named one of the top 25 Cosmo athletes in the country....who knew?
