Actually I decided that about a year ago that I know considerably more than the Bills front office does and could do their job much better. I KNOW I could be a better owner than Ralph has been.

Second round? Or they are meeting with guys that they would consider on trading down into the 20's.

Bulaga over Davis. But I don't think either of these guys are a lock. Other players they would have to consider: McClain, Claussen, Dan williams. You cannot get a great player at these positions after the first round. You might find a starting OT in round two. Ducasse? They might not be as fixated on an OT as people on this board seem to be. Just my opinion.

Before we (rightfully) kill the Bills for the Maybin pick, remember that last year was actually our best draft in years; two excellent offensive linemen, a great safety, an athletic tight end that can catch the ball. Pass rushers are hit/miss. But they are so critical, you have to keep trying to find one. IMHO, Maybin will work as an outside backer in the 3-4. Hopefully he will put in the work to be a success.

I agree. We have so many holes, we need to add draft picks, not subtract.

Can we get by that feisty Finnish program first?

I really wanted Willis very badly that year. How about Ben Roethlisberger? Also taken one pick before us I believe.

I've been thinking we need to trade the pick too, but for a different reason. To get extra picks! We need a nose tackle really badly and I'm not sure anybody is worth a #9 but Price or somebody would be there in the 20's. The need for an OT is nearly as great, maybe 2 of them since Butler retired. Then there is outside linebacker,WR, QB. The needs are many. Extra picks would sure come in handy.

Mel Kuiper the other day picked Price as a player who could be drafted a little later and be a very solid pro. Sort of a "sleeper" Doesn't sound like anyone is sleeping on him though.

Tough luck for this kid; having such a major injury so early in his career. He'll probably have to wear a knee brace for a very long time. IMHO Idon't think he can be counted on to start the season. Makes the signing of Incognito more important.

Okung is a no- brain pick if he's there. Considered the best pass blocker in the draft. Bulaga may not be a bad consolation prize- best run blocking tackle. With a stud OT, we might have a pretty good line. Would have to address NT in free agency.

After ten years of no play-offs, spare me from slogans like "the competition will push this team to the next level. You sound like Chris Brown. We need more good players.

One of the interesting aspects of the addition of Bobby Johnson as an asst. offensive line coach is that one of his players, Rodger Safford is a left tackle that seems to be a pretty good prospect. If we don't address this position in round 1, he might be an interesting prospect later on. At least his coach should have a pretty good idea how he fits with the Bills.

Surprised to see Dan Williams this low.

Start with Maybin.

I believe Whitner is better than Wilson, but not significantly better. With the injuries we have had, I would not trade him unless we could get at least a three for him. We need depth!

I've said this before. I'm a Rutgers fan, live 20 minutes from there. Davis is a good athlete. But he gave up sacks this year. He is not a #9 NFL draft pick.

Interesting. Looking more like we go front seven with our pick or trade down. Is there a nose tackle worth taking that high? Doesn't seem like it. McClain at LB?

Looking at our now complete coaching staff, I would have to say that Coach Gailey has put together one of the truly outstanding staffs in all of college football. We should be serious contenders in the ACC West next year.

Does anyone know if Ralph is comfortable with him?
