I love all this "depth" we have at CB. Greer left Youboty blows Corner was a 7th last year. McGee is on the last year of his contract. Both our safetys were arrested in the off season. OK, let's stand pat.

I would much rather have an LB at 28 than Pettigrew. If Clay Matthews is there and they pass on him, my head will explode.

One big key would be if Detroit passes on Stafford. Then everything would be jumbled and would probably help us.

One of these 11 will be there for us: Stafford Sanchez Jason Smith Curry Monroe Sanchez Raji Maclin Crabtree Andre Smith Oher Orakpo If a QB slides to us, trade down. There should be big demand to make a good deal. If one of the tackles falls to us, take him If Curry, Maclin, or Orakpo falls to us, take him If Crabtree or Raji falls to us, trade down or take a USC LB. Take Britton or the UConn T at 28 I would have taken Raji until the positive drug test. We already have too many of those guys.

My guess is that Peters turns into a fat blob. I wouldn't exactly call McNally an expert. He didn't exactly work wonders here.

Parrish makes too much money for a 4th or 5th receiver. I'd take a bag of footballs for him just to dump the salary

Peters completely wiffed on the blitzer on the Losman play. The only thing he was engaged with was air.

He was mediocre at best last year. He gave up 11 sacks including the memorable Losman sack / fumble that cost us the Jet game. He pouted like a baby last year, holding out even though he had two years remaining on his contract (at the beginning of last year) Giving him $11 million was surely no guarantee that he would regain pro bowl form. Yeah, I know he made the pro bowl last year, but that was on reputation. That always happens for OL. Giving him the huge contract could have easilly made him the next Derrick Dockery. The way the draft is lining up, there will be a good tackle sitting there for us, at a lot cheaper price. There will be a nice LB sitting there for us at 28. I think this makes us better NEXT YEAR.

I think they got "fair value". Only problem is now we don't know who is playing C, LG or LT.
