    I have to agree that they ARE idiots 98% of the time. Of course, they think the opposite. Big Mike is surprisingly ignorant about the NFL and Greenie is the standard journalist wantabe who has no athletic ability and seemingly no understanding of his subject matter, whatsoever. I can't stand listening to their show anymore.

    Let's suppose we get lucky with a couple of linemen. The improvement could be breathtaking. There is actually some finite possibility that this could actually happen to the Bills with all the dicheads gone.

    No BS about building to the playoffs this year. This team might have 2 or 3 rebuilding years ahead due the complete neglect of the lines under TD's seriously flawed direction.

    How can anyone rule out JP's poor performance isn't a function of poor coaching? This has to be a consideration. Mularkey looked good in '04 until his mindless play calling influence took hold in '05. Veteran QBs have a better chance of keeping their head above water because they probably understood the offense much better than Meathead. That's one of my theories, anyway.

    I don't put it past him to have malingered on the field while JP was in so as to contribute to getting JP benched. I don't put it past him and therefore good riddance to bad trash. He was a player once; now he's a can't-admit-his-skills-are-gone-cancer.

    The MOST unintelligent aspect of the whole discussion is even if all the speculation were true the absolute dumbest thing the Bills could do is trade a player when his stock is at its lowest. Lotsa geniuses on this board, lotsa of them.

    How much time has Losman logged behind a solid Oline? 5 minutes? I'm going back to the abortions he had at Tulane as well. Guy doesn't work miracles so he's crap. How much was Mularky f'ing him over? In my view, plenty.

    Bottom line...the wealthy clubs have gutted the concept of a true cap and substituted the current charade. No wonder the bottom half opposes the current system. No wonder the players don't care or actually side with the greedy minority.

Not that there aren't some crazy owners in the NFL, but if big Mike gets a job, it will be close to the league minimum.

    A HC with a modicum of common sense wouldn't have allowed veteran players to dictate coaching decisions. This was the surest sign that Mularkey had no idea what he was doing. Hopeful, QB decisions will be made by the HC with conviction and not as a job-saving ploy, this time around.

    Marv wanted to hire Belichick, Parcells, and Cowher but the price would have been about $ 57 mil. Ralph said no, imagine that.

    From day one at training camp all I saw him do was wear some mean sunglasses and glare. From day one, all I saw Clements do was stand in back of the offensive formation like a pigeon sh-- splattered statue. I'm so glad it's a clean sweep that tears are welling in my eyes.

    Jerry had a 5 year plan to become a NFL HC when he came to the Bills. Better multiply that by about a factor of 20, Jerry.
