Justin Jenkins was given a new contract in the offseason. (When I checked just now there was no signing bonus so maybe it doesn't matter.) I think Jenkins is the reason they want to move Parrish. They want to keep him and feel Parrish can fetch a decent draft pick. They have guys that they already had on the roster and that they've added in the draft that can be PR's. If Buffalo doesn't trade Parrish before the end of TC then you're list is probably right but I think he's gone before the start of the regular season. Right now three people think they will. I wish I knew who they were so I cold bet them something. Answer; Less. A B+ is wimpy? He's done a much better than average job and he doesn't exactly suck either. It's a grading scale that shows more than sucks/perfect. I don't know why you have an issue with that. What I'm pointing out is that the Brandon haters didn't come out after the draft and rant about how the Bills need to get a "real" GM. It would look foolish for them to do that just after a good "paper" draft. I'm saying that they don't recognize things are being done pretty well so far and there is very little evidence for their hatred. In fact there is more evidence he's doing well. JMO

I don't think there's a single GM in the NFL who can fire a HC without the owners approval. The same thing with hiring one. JMO

No, I was just pointing out the large population of bipolar people here. (I'm bipolar so it's not a mean spirited joke) They rave about Russ Brandon being a stupid pick for GM because he knows nothing about scouting and then the next day they're sing the praises of the Bills draft. They think everything is his fault when it goes bad and nothing is to his credit when things go well. The signing of TO and the trade for Stroud were his "just getting lucky" in a lot of people's minds. Likewise if the Bills made a Faders type draft it would've been all his fault. Just a point I wanted to make.

Wow, that really helps ratings when your audience doubles!! I don't think Bill O'Reilly gets that Colbert is doing a sarcastic parody of him. He's been on Colbert's show before and seemed oblivious.

He's not trying to fix anything. He's trying to improve it. I think the ratings would be even better for them. It would be cool to see them start it at 8pm and do the first round. Then Friday night they can do rounds two and three and four through seven on Saturday. The NFL isn't a sport as much as business and if this keeps them monetarily happy then let 'em do it. Marv Levy said that the first round should be five minutes and the later rounds longer because picking a first round guy was very easy and it gets harder and harder as the draft goes on. I believe that when a team wants to trade they'll call teams in a slot they want a couple of picks ahead. Then if their guy is still on the board they clinch the deal. You're fantasy is to last 90 seconds? Man your wife must be miserable. A lot of players that I've heard speak about the pre-season want it reduced to two games. They've also said that if there are going to be four extra games why not make two count. I'm sure not all players feel that way but many do. If they go that route then they need to put in two bye weeks for each team. JMO

A lot of people think they do. That's part of the point to this thread. If the Bills do something bad it's all his fault if they do something good it's because he got lucky.

Oher is a big risk IMO. His motivation is questionable and with all of the hype that surrounds him and will surround him when the movie comes out I'm convinced the smart thing to do was to pass on him. By taking Maybin they got the best PR in the draft. What was left of the OT's after the Wood pick probably weren't worth drafting because they believe that anyone there wasn't better than what they have now. JMO
