  1. They could make a Soprano prequal.
  2. That is precisely why I favor legalizing it. When there are legal brothels women who want to work them can. Will there still be the street hooker? Yes, but the number should drop significantly and it should be easier to help these women out. The tax money could even go to programs that help them. JMO IIRC, for awhile there the government owned the Bunny Ranch, therefore screwing us on another level.
  3. The Penn and Teller piece talks about that. Once again because it's interesting. "Sometimes the only kind option for some animals is to put them to sleep forever." Ingrid Newkirk - PETA President and co-founder.
  4. Thanks for making a prediction that obviously never happened and so once again you make yourself an ass for saying it. Also, thanks for trying to predict what I'd say or do if it were Bush but once again you make a complete ass of yourself. Why do you feel the need to bring anything up that hasn't been said in this thread? You just want to get a reaction from me. Well here ya go. Ya happy now troll boy? For an older guy he really moved. Great question. Penn and Teller on PETA. (Bad words NSFW) Part one. Part two. Part three. Part four. "Sometimes the only kind option for some animals is to put them to sleep forever." Ingrid Newkirk - PETA President and co-founder.
  5. He points out a lot of stuff that makes sense though.
  6. I'm very naively hoping the new revenues will keep our taxes from going up for awhile. Hey, it could happen.
  7. IMO, the best line from the show; "Oh yeah, I loved all the episodes of Barretta where he gave the drivers tests." Tony's dead; This article makes a great breakdown of the final episode. (Warning it's very long) It is however broken down in to nine parts so you can read one part at a time. Part 1 will show how Chase directed, edited and scored the final scene of the Sopranos to lead to the interpretation that Tony was shot in the head in Holsten’s and how this ties into the “never hear it happen” concept that Chase hammered into the viewer before the show’s final scene.
  8. Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon The Beatles - Abbey Road Tom Petty - Damn the Torpedo's Boz Scaggs - Silk Degrees Steely Dan - The Royal Scam Steely Dan - Can't Buy a Thrill Steely Dan - Aja Donald Fagan - The Nightfly King Crimson - Thrak King Crimson - Discipline
  9. One more thing. If the $15 billion dollars were taxed at 25% it would be an additional $1.125 billion for the government. (I think my math is correct.)
  10. THE FINAL QUESTION IS MULTIPLE CHOICE. Here are some things taken from the "Anatomy of a Crime" documentary series. This one on prostitution. It was produced in 2000. (Some things may have changed) * Prostitution alone is approx. a $15 billion a year industry. * Every year approx. 100,000 people are arrested in connection with prostitution. * Taking Viagra will get a man harder than Chinese Arithmetic. (Sorry I thought it was funny when someone said it.) * In Nevada legal prostitutes are required to get a working card. They are only given the card after weekly health assessments, which are mandatory, and prostitutes that have them have the lowest rate of HIV than any other segment of society. The tests look for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. * According to Dr. John Cassani there hasn't been a single case of HIV since 1987 in legal working prostitutes in Nevada. * Those on the show who are against prostitution seemed to have a lot of their facts wrong. Some other things from that documentary; * In Stockton California the cable companies run a vice TV channel that runs pictures and names of arrested hookers and arrested johns. More here (Article from 1999). I've tried to find anything on legal challenges to this but can't find any. If it is legal to run these pictures it's like scarlet lettering people. JMO Also, for the hookers, to me, it seems like free advertising. If you see one of these girls on the street you can be sure she's not a cop. * In San Fransisco arrested johns go to a "John School" where ex-prostitutes talk about the humiliation and sad lives that took them into prostitution. They also cover other things like a prostitute that tells them that they are big and great is lying. (no duh) One woman claimed that most of her boyfriends were killers and they all had keys to the motel room. * One person said that in the end we all end up paying for sex. Whether it's dinner and movie or jewelry or etc. etc. ______________________________________________________________________________ More stuff about prostitution here; "The Perks of High-End Prostitution". An ABC money business article. Fleiss' now-defunct service charged a flat rate of $1,500 per hour for each woman. Prostitution is legal in some parts of Nevada, and Susan Austin, the madam of two Nevada brothels -- including the "world famous" Mustang Ranch -- said that some women there charge between $10,000 and $15,000 for a night or two days. ________________________________________________________________ Stockton tried a law that allowed law enforcement to seize the cars of convicted johns. Link Stockton officials adopted a tough and sensible vehicle-seizure ordinance in 2001. Too tough, said justices of the California Supreme Court, who ruled against the law on July 26, saying only state - not local - lawmakers possess that authority. from another part of the article; Stockton's ordinance was simple and effective. Police officers would seize vehicles used in the commission of crimes such as drug dealing or solicitation of prostitution. Those vehicles would be confiscated and sold. It's harsh, but it worked. From 2003 to 2006, the need for such seizures dropped by 50 percent. Word got out on the street quickly. Government is waaay overstepping their bounds there, IMO. Anyhoo, food for thought. May the discussion begin. That is if anyone has read this far.
  11. See; Flutie, Doug, locker room attitude. Do you mean winning two games during the regular season for TB, in their SB season, were pathetic hiccups? Who owns a SB ring? RJ or Flutie?
  12. Yep, we'll see won't we. I guess we have differing opinions of Stroud, Williams, McGee, McKelvin, Poz, Whitner and Schobel. Can't wait for the season.
  13. I just don't think it's that big of a problem for him, living in TO's shadow makes it hard for anyone to get ahead of him. BTW, what's wrong with banging starlets?
  14. Your posts are malware.
  15. Well, there's a great endorsement.
  16. The TSN site keeps reloading over and over on me. I can't read the pages because it's so annoying. Thanks anyway.
  17. Yes Keith Ellison is our best defensive player. Nice job of picking the weakest player on defense to make your point. My o' my you need to take some chill pills dude, relax and take a lot of Valium and lie down. I'll bet dollars to donuts that he has at least 10 sacks this year. Ya heard it here first!! Show me a Schobel comment you can prove.
  18. Skin Flutie! There is a fine line between cocky and confident. There were many times Kelly would take the blame for an incomplete pass. I don't recall Flutie doing that that much if at all. Kelly traveled that line well. Jay Cutler goes over the line right now but I'm guessing he'll quiet down as his career goes on. He is also a young player who's made the pro-bowl. I say this as a guy who stands 5'5" but Flutie has a Napoleon Complex and so do his fans. To them, and him, he was ignored by the NFL head coaches just because he is short. These are the same NFL coaches who's jobs ride on wins and losses but won't put the best QB in? Get over it you Flutie Flakes have a skewed vision of his abilities based on a great career as a CFL QB. Futie was a great CFL QB 'Nuff said. What he said!
  19. Do you smoke after sex? I don't know, I never looked.
  20. Linky Marcus Stroud behind the scenes is pretty funny. There are other Bills video links at the bottom of the page.
  21. The Bills just about always get all of their guys in for TC with contracts. A lot of teams move slowly on contracts after the draft. It's really nothing to worry about.
  22. I don't recall ever saying he had NOTHING to do with this. I do recall saying he was a lot less responsible than a lot of people think. JMO
  23. I forgot that Flutie played defense, sorry.
