I have no idea if it is true, but it may very well be. I don't know about that interpretation. It seems to me that they are telling his agent they aren't going to wait any longer. Brandon has said in the recent past that Maybin's agent wasn't even communicating with them. I think since Moreno has signed they are saying; "Good enough to run numbers now! Let's get it over with!" JMO Here's another piece on the issue that backs up my interpretation, I think. It's Day Two of the Aaron Maybin holdout, and multiple sources tell us that the Bills and the eleventh overall pick in the draft aren't even remotely close to doing a deal.
