PFT now reporting (via Schefter) Bills contact Porter
Steely Dan replied to jahnyc's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills can offer Porter two games a year against Miami. -
A better tackle than the Bills have who's proven himself as a starter. Peter Parker picked on Peck a pile plus paid him puny potato's for pot pies. I'd prefer the Bills go with a guy on the roster rather than a woman beater. JMO

I should've realized that.

I don't care how religious someone is as long as they keep it to themselves. I disagree about great QB thing. Any athlete that charges for autographs is a complete A-hole. The only way I'll ever pay for an autograph is if 100% is going to charity. That's how I got Kelly's autograph. Tebow told the Florida Times-Union that "a portion" of the proceeds would go to his Tim Tebow Foundation. There's no word on how much that portion was, or where the rest of the money went. If 1,500 people paid $160 each, that's $240,000 -- before we get to the $75 photos. One thing that I absolutely cannot stand are athletes that charge for their autographs. If the Bills do draft him he's gonna have to sign autographs for FREE during training camp.

Linky Donte Whitner-DB- Bills Mar. 7 - 10:14 am et Beat writer Mark Gaughan speculates that veteran FS Donte Whitner could be on the trading block. Whitner played behind George Wilson at the strong safety spot late last season and he isn't going to unseat impressive second-year man Jairus Byrd at free safety. Still, Whitner would be high-quality depth and it's unlikely the Bills could get equal value for that in a trade. Source: Buffalo News If I were Buddy Nix this is what I'd do for the offseason as far as trades go. Call Oakland and offer ML for Michael Bush and a 5th rounder. Schobel wants to retire due to missing the playoffs. Call N.O. and trade Schobel and a fourth round pick for Jammal Brown. Send Whitner anywhere if they can get at least a third rounder. Anything lower than that and I say keep him. Then trade a 7th round draft choice to Pittsburgh for Limas Sweed. Then in the draft they should still pick an OT early for the right side.

DEBUNKED rumor: Porter visiting Buffalo Tuesday

If the Bills offer him a contract I think he'll sign it. He would love to have two shots a year at Miami. JMO -
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,587980...test=latestnews 'Extra Small' Condoms for 12-Year-Old Boys Go on Sale Thursday, March 04, 2010 A leading condom manufacturer in Switzerland has created extra-small condoms for boys as young as 12 years old, the U.K.’s Daily Telegraph reported. The condom, called the Hotshot, was produced after family planning groups and the Swiss AIDS Federation campaigned to have the condoms made following several studies that showed adolescent boys were not using proper protection when engaging in intercourse. This is a good idea, better safe than sorry.

Things I learned from watching movies

Also, make sure to tell the hero about your evil plan in intricate detail before your idiotic diabolical plan to deal with them is put in motion. Geez, ya get five restraining orders and somehow you get branded for life. I never noticed the wet roads at night but you're right. -
I think they forgot to mention that Daffy forgets he can fly too. (I only read the first one so far, if they say it down the page later I don't know that.)

That's right now. These guys are question marks and could be solid starters this year. Whitner Nelson Maybin Levitre - already is a solid starter Meredith Lankster Hardy Bell - If he can stay healthy Parrish Steve Johnson Edwards I believe the new staff will maximize everyone's talents. They've already stated they will design plays to work around the talent they have. The Bills will probably come away with two solid starters from the draft too.

Thanks. What I meant about Levitre and the others on the list, except Whitner, is that they haven't tapped their full potential yet. I didn't know Levitre graded out as the best lineman. That should make 11 out of twenty two starters. Maybin if used correctly can be a pro-bowler. The move to outside LB might just be the move he needs. I also think Nelson will step it up this year. I also think Meredith can become a solid starter.

Pilots blamed for fatal Clarence crash
Steely Dan replied to Chandler#81's topic in Off the Wall Archives
HOT-1 is the Captain, HOT-2 is the First Officer and it has nothing to do with their looks , it's simply NTSB lingo for identified cockpit crew voices on CVR transcripts. CAM is cockpit area monitor which picks up all cockpit sounds of any source, and RDO is radio com from accident aircraft. -
Pilots blamed for fatal Clarence crash
Steely Dan replied to Chandler#81's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Why don't I find this surprising in the least? I hope the FAA does a thorough investigation and learns how far to the top it goes. I can't believe, oh wait I can, US Air wouldn't have a better grip on this company and demand certified confirmation of what pilots have been trained on. -
The Bills aren't going to the SB next year, but I have a feeling they could make the playoffs. There is more talent on this team than people know. Poz - Solid middle LB that could start on the majority of teams. Freddie - Could start on the majority of teams. Lynch - had an off year and if he's still around next year he'll bounce back. If he does he could start for the majority of teams. Stroud - could start on the majority of teams Byrd - could start on the majority of teams McKelvin - Could start on the majority of teams McGee - Could start on the majority of teams teams Evans - Could start on the majority of teams Wood - Could start on the majority of teams Schobel - Could start on the majority of teams Moorman - could start for the vast majority of teams Lindell - could start for the majority of teams Corner - is solid depth Youboty - is solid depth Florence - is solid depth S. Johnson - is a solid rotational guy K. Williams - is a solid rotational guy Kelsay - solid rotational guy Guys I think haven't developed yet and will be very good or were used incorrectly by Jauron's staff Whitner Nelson Maybin Levitre Meredith Lankster Hardy - before anyone whines about he's shown nothing so far remember he's been injured. This year will tell for sure. Bell Parrish Steve Johnson Edwards The new coaching staff, I believe, is a much better staff than Jauron had. Jauron wasn't putting the players in the position to maximize their talents. I think Chansaw's staff will do that. With Nix as GM I expect a really solid draft this year. Especially because last years draft was very strong. I think Nix will get a starting NT and starting OT out of this draft. He may also get a QB with promise. I also believe the Bills now have a coach who plays to win instead of not to lose. The major problems on this team are O line and QB. Chansaw is well known for getting a lot out of mediocre QB's and I think if he can restore Edwards' confidence Edwards could be a solid starter. So don't stew about the Bills not signing any FA's or making trades, there is plenty of time left for them to do both. Trades may happen on draft day. Don't worry be happy! Happiness gives everyone a smile!!
