  1. I was messing with you for your accidental misspelling. "Hospitable" seemed like an odd place to take a possible 2nd shooter.
  2. Well then, they've certainly taken him to the wrong building.....
  3. Not sure i can agree with you. While I get the point, I believe that attempting to ascertain intent is the kind of thinking that gave us "hate crimes", the concept of which I'm not in agreement with, at least as it pertains to making a crime worse than it already is on it's surface.
  4. "The rules treat broadband service like a public utility and prevent internet service providers from offering preferential treatment to sites that pay for faster service." http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/06/14/court-upholds-net-neutrality-rules-for-internet-access.html?intcmp=hplnws
  5. You're singing my age-old favorite political song, Who's your congressional representative? I've never once gotten a correct answer, either. Most people just give me a blank stare.
  6. So the definition of terrorism would be more closely associated with intent rather than effect? I'm going to have to think about that one.
  7. He knows as well as anyone what a label will accomplish.
  8. While all that is true, I think it's a safe bet that gays, especially gay people in Orlando, are feeling pretty terrorized right now.
  9. But they're not working in the shadows. They're doing all of this right out in the open. That's the only reason that we've got government involvement right now in who has the right to use what bathroom. It's all division politics, and they've got us as carved up into separate groups as is just about imaginable, with everyone at each others' throats. They're playing us like we're a 325 million piece orchestra.
  10. That's fine. You'll be setting the stage for the repeal of the first amendment, too. I'm sure RS has no problem with that, either.
  11. Why does that make me think of mushroom sauce?
  12. Thanks - I'll be giving dinner a miss this evening.
  13. We should knock it off - they'll get around to it soon enough without us giving them any ideas.
  14. Yep, his real name is Cocinero Jaime, but he usually wears a beanie.
  15. You're surprised by that? He's an admitted liberal. It's just a matter of time before they start a push for taxing air based on one's lung capacity multiplied by the feet above seal level of their home address, as listed on their tax records.
  16. Of course she doesn't think they were "born Americans" - her, and people like her believe that a nation is defined by its government, not by its people. Dollaros? She said dollaros? That's not even Spanish.
  17. A one-hit wonder that was actually a cover http://youtu.be/V0OFF3q4Pxk
  18. She doesn't count - too conservative.
  19. Hey, it was a great BM, and that's what we're all going to have from now on, you won't believe how great they're going to be.
  20. My point should have been obvious, but it apparently went straight over your head. I'll simplify it for you: anyone who views constitutional amendments as something that can be regulated has no business holding elected office at the federal level, let alone to head the executive branch.
  21. There's this little bit from this past Sunday - from an interview conducted by George Stephanopoulos: Stephanopoulos: Do you believe that an individual's right to bear arms is a constitutional right, that it's not linked to service in a militia? Clinton: I think that for most of our history, there was a nuanced reading of the Second Amendment until the decision by the late Justice Scalia, and there was no argument until then that localities and states and the federal government had a right, as we do with every amendment, to impose reasonable regulation. A right to impose reasonable regulation on constitutional amendments? That should tell you everything you need to know, and if you agree with her, then that tells me everything I need to know about you.
  22. That may be overstating it a bit, but I get where you're coming from and appreciate the reference.
  23. Rick Derringer - Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo
  24. I know plenty of women who are Bills fans, but not many of them are as interested in sports in general as are most men I know - apparently not enough to post on a message board. Having more ladies around here would liven up the place, though.
