  1. I'm sorry Steve... You've become so addicted to that christmas package tossing game, that you can't even tear yourself away from the computer to see a Bills game? I should never have shown you that site! CW
  2. BTW - I just won and got 114 points in the bonus round CW
  3. http://www.zeronews-fr.com/flash/mouse2.php
  4. This game is way better than going out with a waitress, isn't it?! CW
  5. Yeah, a 23 year old losing their mother (all reports were that his grandmother raised him) compared to a 30-something losing their father are completely different animals, especially considering the fact that it's very likely his grandmother was one of the only close relatives he had. The amount of money he makes is completely irrelevent in that situation. CW
  6. Great, a healthy player is better than a guy with a bad high ankle sprain and some other nagging injuries. He'll be fine for his new team. Chances are he won't be here due to his salary, but he'll play elsewhere. CW
  7. Great score! Looks like they reset all the scores now though, so I'm not there. The key is to not only throw the package when you're high in the air, but also angle it upwards at a 45 degree angle. I havn't gotten 850 like Steve, but I did get up to 830 that way. CW
  8. Injuries are the biggest problem IMHO. People here say he has no heart because he doesn't play through it, but there's no way a fan can tell that. When he's on the field, he's been good; probably the best OL on the team. He'll probably be cut this season, as others are saying, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him sign elsewhere and play very well. CW
  9. Apparantly you need to try this, because you didn't read my post: http://secure.hop.com/ CW
  10. Woohoo, it's official - Moulds is the next player of the torch and pitchfork crowd saying he's done nothing and kicking him to the curb. Yay! I wonder who's next... WM is the leading candidate at this point, but I have a feeling that London Fletcher will come up from behind to take the lead. I can hear it now - "Yeah, he got a lot of tackles, but they were all downfield and every other time he tackled someone, he grabbed the facemask or came in late for a 15 yard penalty! Kick his ass to the curb!!!!" CW
  11. Hey all, Just wondering if anyone uses any software that allows them to search lyrics of MP3s. I realize I can do a general search on google to find what song certains lyrics are from, but I'm looking for something that allows me to search only my MP3 collection for specific lyrics. I have so many songs that I can't always remember who sings what. I've seen that there are some peices of software that do this, but I'm wondering if anyone has used any of them. I like using WinAmp to play my MP3s, so a solution within Winamp would be great. Thanks CW
  12. You don't read the board much, do you?
  13. Hey, I just noticed that I'm 467th alltime! EDIT: Ok, I should stop playing -- I'm now 417th (with a score of 2230.31). Time to start working CW
  14. http://www.duwichtel.de/ Press the space bar to jump over each of the snow banks, then press the space bar to jump over the wooden thing at the end of the slope, then while you're spinning, press the space bar yet again to launch the present. The sound effects are what make the game funny My records: 780.85 for one toss, 2180,81 total for three. CW
  15. Wow, you're right. I just did a search on TSW, and there's tons of references. I guess I've just never read any of the threads with the word in it! At least I gained something productive out of visiting the board today. (there's that pollyanna attitude again! ) CW
  16. That's true. Why would I expect people to act decently around here? CW
  17. Technically, I'm not Pollyanna because I'm not optimisic about this season (or next, especially if we "blow everything up" like is requested here)... I'm saying the past wasn't a complete disaster, but that's not an optimistic statement. http://dictionary.reference.com/search?r=2&q=Pollyanna http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=optimistic If you're going to use unusual words, you should probably use them in the correct context CW
  18. Holy long signatures, Batman! Do you REALLY need to have a sig line that takes up an entire page of my monitor?
  19. To me, near .500 is not HORRIBLE (his caps, not mine). It's not good, it might be considered bad, but HORRIBLE? No. The Cardinals, who have never won more than 7 games in the last 5 years could be considered HORRIBLE, but when you've been one game out of the playoffs two of the last three years (excluding this year), that's not HORRIBLE. It's bad, sad, disheartening, but not HORRIBLE. Either that or I'm just not as negative as everyone else here. CW PS: I don't get the Pollyanna reference, not sure what that is...
  20. You're right, when you take out the season we had a winning record, we suck. If you take our last 4 years, we're 27-32. That's NOT horrible. It's not good, but it's far from "HORRIBLE" as you put it. CW
  21. Complaining and lynch mob are two different things. CW
  22. Yeah, but the fans are being pissed and MAKING STUFF UP. The Moulds thing is the perfect example -- it started with, "Assuming Moulds complained about not getting the ball," and has escalated to, "He sucks, get rid of the bum, he should shut his mouth!" Nobody even knows what really happened, but people here are assuming they do and it's ridiculous. And even when we were winning last year, people were STILL complaining. I remember we crushed Arizona and people were complaining that it wasn't by enough points! If you read this board last year but didn't follow the team, you'd never know we were 9-7. And I'd hardly call the last six years "HORRIBLE football." Again, 9-7 last year is hardly horrible, not that you could tell by what you read here. CW PS: Were you being sarcastic with your response? If so, I missed it and I appologize.
  23. Sorry, I didn't mean to make this a Drew thread. Let's focus on what Glenn said instead, and forget DB: "Add people like Ruben Brown (Chicago fans say he has been great), Glenn Parker (MVP at the time according to many at KC), etc who media and fans (the fans were often following media like rats followed Pied Piper) also bashed." Fans around here raise the pitchforks at the slightest negative. To be honest, I wonder if the 90s Bills would've been able to have such great success in today's day and age, what with all the fan and media frenzy over the littlest things. CW
  24. Yeah, that would further illustrate how people are lemmings to sports talk/news/media. CW
