  2. Ok, I managed to take the Weird Al version and edit it down to just a normal "happy birthday" type song. Good enough. Of course, if anyone has a song, I'll definately be able to use it for next year Thanks! CW
  3. Heh, funny but you're right - not good for a 1-year old http://www.simpsoncrazy.com/downloads/music.shtml "Go to hell, ya old bastard!" CW
  4. All, I'm looking for a decent Happy Birthday song to use as the backdrop for a birthday video I'm making. I've found a bunch online, but they all pretty much suck. I'm looking for something rock/metal/popish, and longer than 10 seconds (although, if done well, I could probably try looping it). I thought about using the Weird Al version, but figured that wouldn't work for a 1-year old's birthday video with lyrics like: It's time to celebrate your birthday It happens every year We'll eat a lot of brocalli and drink a lot of bear If anyone has anything they could send me, that'd be great. PM me. CW
  5. Going through Customs from Canada to the US (and vice versa) consists of pulling up, telling the guard what you're doing, and driving on your way. Why would they show that on TV? CW
  6. Yeah, that's actually how I found the article I posted: http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20051214/2221204_F.shtml Totally unbelievable. CW
  7. Ahhh, I love the RIAA. http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20051207/1035207_F.shtml CW
  8. 4-3 final, WTG Sabres! http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/recap?gameId=251214002 http://www.sabresreport.com/ CW
  9. My wife was psyched when they said they were doing that as a challenge. She thought about doing it when we went up for a preseason game, but instead spent a day in Toronto. Like you, she said that we're probably going to do it next time we're in town since we both thought it looked cool (although from what she read last year, they said to bring a change of clothes because you don't dry off from that ride ) CW
  10. At Packers games, everyone IS dressed in orange in December, due to hunting season (and the fact that hunting gear is WARM) It was really a site to behold when I went to Lambeau. CW
  11. Why would they not sell beer and lose a ton of money? There'll be beer...
  12. Why does he need to know the league...? Do you know everything about the ins and outs of the company you work for? I know that I can't tell you all of the cities that my company has offices in. CW
  13. Well obviously I have to tell them that I know YOU or I won't get anywhere
  14. That must be slang in England, similar to our, "That's unreal." I noticed it a few times in your "blog" post as well. Interesting. Really? I guess I had just assumed security in general was on the lookout for this, not that TD was calling people out. That's kinda lame. CW
  15. So if I setup the Bills Backers of Bulgaria and become president of the chapter, I too can have the royal treatment at a Bills game...? It might be worth moving to Bulgaria for that... CW
  16. I didn't get that battery running down thing. After the first time it happened, you'd think everyone would say, "No, you may NOT plug your equipment into the cigarette lighter, thank you very much." My wife and I felt the same way about the Weavers -- they played the victim card all the time, yet they were the ones instigating everything. And I really wish they would get rid of the non-elimination rounds altogether. They make for a wasted hour IMHO. CW
  17. That was the best part of the story Seriously though, I'm sure everyone here is EXTREMELY jealous of you! Sounds like you had a great time, and what any of us wouldn't give to have that same experience (sans jetlag, of course) Definately post this on your blog so that it doesn't get lost in the coming weeks. Excellent story! CW
  18. Combine this with the fact that, had he not wanted to do rehab, he would've received a nice $2M insurance payout; that's probably about how much cash he's earned for busting his butt over the past three years. CW
  19. You say "plays through injuries," I saw "injury-prone."
  20. The final destination is Lewiston, NY CW
  21. Slight spoiler -- don't read if you havn't watched the first hour. Anyone else think that the producers told the Weaver family where the clue was when they were ready to give up? Seemed like way too much of a coincidence -- "We give up.... Ok, we'll look one more time. Oh look, we found it!" I don't buy it... Reality shows are dumb. CW
  22. No, I havn't...
  23. No, see those would all fall under "trick play." Someone on the sidelines could decide specifically which trick play to run. Jerk Nation would be presented the following: 1. Run the ball 2. Pass the ball short 3. Pass the ball deep 4. Kick a field goal (just in case) 5. Trick play And everyone would push 1. It's just so crazy, it just might work. CW
  24. Jerry Crafts = The Condo.
  25. Interestingly -- Bledsoe has been sacked only 6 times more than JPL this season, and JPL has been sacked for more yards than DB. If that doesn't scream "OL," I don't know what does. To break that down even further, DB is sacked 7% of all dropbacks (excluding runs), whereas JPL is sacked 10% of all dropbacks (excluding runs - times he has to scramble would probably increase that percentage). KH is sacked 8% of all dropbacks. You have to feel sorry for David Carr -- he's been sacked 61 times - the next highest total is 33 by Brooks of the Saints. CW
