Not only has our "new" safety tandem been working very hard for a very long time for this exact moment...they have been building chemistry together since Hamlin made the team. Their chemistry together is likely better than it would be with Poyer (not that I wouldn’t rather Po be on the field of course). These Bills aren’t the first team with Super Bowl aspirations to have injuries decimate their secondary…anyone remember the Pats*** trotting WR Troy Brown out after losing 3 or 4 of their corners? He helped them to a Super Bowl. Great teams find a way and this Bills team will find a way.

True on that second Miami game last year, but that game was the start of the offensive funk the team went through in November, with the infamous Jags game the following week. It wasn’t until the second half against Tampa that the offense started to show signs of getting it right again.
