  1. Depends on how well hung the monkey is I suppose.
  2. Well, it's a ridiculous comparison, and no way either side can prove which was more vicious. But I wouldn't get your hopes up about a splintered GOP. At this point in time, my dumbass dog could win the GOP primary, and it wouldn't dissuade the GOP voters from picking that stupid B word over Obama.
  3. Absolutely not. He's a monkey !@#$er.
  4. So you feel this is a reasonable amount of control to let the gov't have in your life?
  5. Look into it. I'm not saying the lunch provider can't change its food options. I'm saying that it's difficult to bring in a new lunch provider to a school.
  6. Good luck finding a school that's able to change their hot lunch provider to someone who provides healthy hot lunches.
  7. That's retarded.
  8. I was unaware that America's obesity problem went back just over 100 years. Good little history nugget. Thanks.
  9. If you can't tell the difference between what Big Cat and others are saying, and what you posted, you're an idiot.
  10. I have no problem with a wife defending her husband. Problem is, you don't defend your husband by throwing his coworkers under the bus. If Tommy-Boy had half the sack John Kruk has, he'd tell his wife to use her mouth for its intended purpose, which isn't talking.
  11. No kidding. Shameful.
  12. I remember a guy that played for the Bills fairly recently. He tallied up quite a few sacks. In fact I think only Bruce had more sacks for the Bills than he did. But people always bitched that his sacks were in garbage time or rarely made differences in the game. He wasn't a special player because he always took himself out of most plays by just rushing the QB. At least that's similar to a lot of the stuff that was written here about him. Do we want a guy that racks up a good amount of sacks over the course of the season, or do we want a playmaker? Do we want a guy that can get 12 sacks a season with 8 of them coming in the 4th quarter of blowout losses? Or do we want a guy that might only get 5 sacks a season, but each one of those sacks being a turning point in the game? Before people complain, I'm not saying anyone in this thread is great or terrible. I'm saying I value playmakers over guys that rack up numbers that look good.
  13. Newt's definitely started taking a bit more heat since the last debate. Examples: Newt Gingrich: Our Bill Clinton by R. Emmett Tyrrell Jr. on Creators.com - A Syndicate Of Talent http://www.creators.com/opinion/r-emmett-tyrrell.html Newt Rewrites His Reagan Connection by Mark Shields on Creators.com - A Syndicate Of Talent http://www.creators.com/opinion/mark-shields/newt-rewrites-his-reagan-connection.html
  14. I think he'd be great as a 3-4 OLB. I just wonder if in 4 man fronts when he plays more of a DE, if he wouldn't be and LDE instead of a RDE. At that point, I think you need another pure pass rusher to be the RDE. If anyone listened to his brief interview after the game, he pretty much said they didn't really run any blitzes last night. Their first priority was stopping the option. I'd really like to see how well he rushes the passer from an all out blitz and even with his hand on the ground. Because even though he played with a hand down quite a bit last night, he was still definitely playing run first.
  15. I would be surprised if the #1 CB is still there at 10. #1 and #2 QB will likely be gone. #1 OT will be gone #1 WR will be gone #1 CB will be gone #1 DE will be gone That's 6 picks in the first 10. #2 OT might be gone #1 RB might be gone No one will probably be picking the #1 G, C, TE, ILB in the first 10. That means the Bills are likely looking at a lot of #2 guys at their position at pick 10. Or a #1 guy a OLB, S, maybe RB. I don't think there's a DT or TE rated nearly that high in this draft.
  16. At 6-2 to 6-3, something tells me he's not tall enough for Nix.
  17. From the looks of it there isn't a pure dominating pass rusher in this draft. I think he's every bit as good a pass rusher as Orakpo, but he plays the run much better.
  18. Still liking Upshaw. Definitely playing run first. But did a good job of getting the sack on Jefferson and not missing on such a big mobile QB.
  19. I'm not too concerned about the scheme. But if we were to invest a first round pick on a pass rusher, be it a DE or an OLB I want to get a guy theta gonna be on the field almost every play. So the only reason I care about the scheme is to know what type of defensive players would best help the Bills. I really don't want to see a "Maybin" type rusher that can only do 1 thing.
  20. 2 defensive series for Bama. Color me impressed with Upshaw already.
  21. Upshaw sighting in Bama's first defensive series.
  22. Did he give any indication as to the team's preference on a 3-4 or 4-3?
  23. I love Draftek's stuff, but just wait, this will be updated. Pick 41 just before the Bills at 42 has Miami taking Landry Jones. And since Jones is headed back to school, I wouldn't get too excited about Tannehill just yet.
  24. Oh I definitely see him as a 4-6 round pick. And that would probably also be dependent on us going to a 4-3 instead of the 3-4. Although he could probably be a better OLB in the 3-4 than Spencer Johnson. Good speed and initial burst. Good motor. Been productive his whole college career. No serious injuries. But I hate making an opinion after seeing 1 game. Hopefully some of our scouts around here have more info.
