  1. Unfortunately for me, his name is ruined. Thaddeus:
  2. Shpeaksh like Walter Mathau? Shoundsh folkshy.
  3. You mean the one we already broke down? The one when we didn't have a lead until the closing seconds of the third quarter?
  4. Two different things. Was Roscoe Parrish open all the time?
  5. Ran his mouth? What did he say that they haven't done? Most. Attempt. In the NFL.
  6. At a glance: we completely revamped our QB's, our LB's, our DB's and added key players to the DL. Since we all agree LG hasn't cost us any games, I think it's important to note that expectations for addressing the "most replaceable position in football" should be tempered accordingly.
  7. You read wrong. They're putrid. Not bad. Not below average. Putrid.
  8. They were in scoring position from their own 48? Wow. If you have to lie to make your point, it's probably not a point worth making.
  9. PUTRID!? Good enough for the third most running yards and the 13th best YPC (separated from no. 3 by half a yard per carry). And that's PUTRID?
  10. Okay, but what outcome are you looking for when it comes to having kept Levitre? How would this team be different?
  11. Below is a comparison between the roster (including reserves) from week 17 2012 and week 6 2013. I wanted to bring it up re: Levitre, that only so many changes can happen in one offseason--in this case HALF the roster being gutted. Anyways. Take a look, I'm curious as to what thoughts come to mind.
  12. Final score of that game was 34-35. All 5 TD's given up by the defense. Still blaming that one on the quarterback?
  13. Wouldn't that be wild? Unfortunately, given the nature of sacks (not to mention Strahan got it because his good buddy Brett lay down for him), while three guys are on pace to break it, pace means little since they tend to come in bunches. By that logic though, they might all have some bunches left in them, and could end up SHATTERING the record. But normally, I'd say, through 5 games a per game sack count means practically nothing. That said, I'd !@#$ing love it if our 100 million dollar man was the one who broke it.
  14. Is it fair to call him Romo Lite?
  15. Can somebody please clarify? I was under the impression it has nothing to do with saving for the future and everything to do with that money being 'dead.' I seem to remember something about it being $20M that's not really there. If that's the case, can we please nip these WTF ARE THEY DOING WITH THAT $20M posts once and for all?
  16. If he would have restructured, he would be our backup. If he was our backup, he would have led us to a win over Cleveland. I have no doubts about this. Fitz never gave up games. Plenty of times he failed to bring the team back, but lest we forget he had plenty of games where he did lead them from behind, they fell short in a bunch of those, but that's not the point. Can anyone here recall a game in which Fitz relinquished a lead late in the game?
  17. To be fair, Marcia and Thad are two completely different quarterbacks. New England doesn't have nearly the weapons we do at skills positions.
  18. What if every play we run is a reverse WR pass? What if TJ Graham throws 35 TD's Sunday? Then what do we do?
  19. I'd expect our professional coaches to understand that the team had been winning in spite of Thad.
  20. Much stranger things have happened. No. Not even close, actually. He kinda wings it a bit, but he was only with the Bills for like 5 hours before that Lions game, and his throws looked much sharper (though still not great) against Pittsburgh. But like Fitz, he's not afraid to go up the middle, and he's not afraid to beat you with his legs. Unlike Fitz, he's got some very nice pop on the ball, and I'd actually call him "fast."
  21. call me crazy: but from thad's detroit video i gather that he's a very very similiar player to fitz. Can't hit the short easy passes. Stronger arm than fitz can run, will run faster than fitz ...hm...
