Yes he is a free agent, im sure the front office will offer him a fair contract like Poz and D Bell, Just a matter of how much money is out there for him. Not sure what a questionable CB and great punt returner is worth

Defensive schemes dont change as much as offense...Dareus' job doesnt change from scheme to scheme and he is useless this season, he is not explosive anymore, i watched several plays where he does not fire off the ball, he belly bumps with the oline. I dont care who the coach is playing alongside Kyle Williams who plays 100% ought to be plenty of motivation. Nick Barnett while never great was a solid contributer, now he may be the worst LB on the field. Again base coverage is base coverage no matter the scheme and he is being beat badly. Not to mention our second line of defense is empty on running plays.

The more pics he throws and the more games he losses the closer and easier it gets to replace him...Nice pass Fitz!

His record isnt a goood referance...he inherited a mess with no talent and took 1 season to evaluate it, so now all those losses arent completely on him. Now he has talent and we are a mess. I dont hate the guy I think he has done some good with this offense. Lets face it most of us all liked Fitz last year he looked capable but he has regressed terribly, a very reliable backup and that is all. What mind boggles me the most is that we have an atheletic QB that has played some good football in this league and he is not getting reps to become activated. I understand he doesnt want i controversy but is it actually a controversy when your QB is bad and you need a improvement or a spark in your offense at a crucial position. And our linebackers are bad and we have Kirk Morrison while not great he to has played some good football in this league and he is not being activated. Makes no sense to me.
