I laughed so hard I shot my colon across the room on this one.

Seriously Roscoe, I thought Moris Oates had one hell of a year last year playing kicking tee for the Akron Butt Trumpets in the Suck A_s League (SAL) And Ralph Pots, cousin of Frank Grimes or "Grimey" as he is known to some was a force to be reckoned with at Long snapper playing for the East Smithfield Schlongs in the same league. I mean c'mon Roscoe, cut these guys some slack.

He should wear one with fake eyes on it that can delude other teams from knowing which directon the best back in the history of the world is going to run.
-
True that. I'd love to see him have a killer year but the way he gets hit I don't see it happening.

T.O pressing his luck, fined $9,500

I will agree that at times that Parcells seems to be a bit tough on his players but how else should he respond to this situation? A coach is not everyones best friend. He needs to have command presence when necessary and not be afraid to discipline his players. I alwasy like to hypothesize that most of the players in the NFL are not people like the posters on this board. Most of us have worked difficult jobs that we hated so that we could put food in our stomachs and occasionally get the enjoyment of going to an NFL game. Most of us learned to do what our bosses said because we otherwise feared losing our jobs. I would venture a guess that most of these athletes have been coddled since HS. I'd bet most of them did not work shi_ty jobs when they were young and never truly learned the value of hard work. Most of them probably have problems being told what to do unlike the rest of us. Any player in the NFL was most likely a superstar in college and labeled a sports prodigy in HS, getting extra special treatment that we all could only dream of. TO is a piece of garbage that can play damn good football. That does not give him a right to separate himself and question every bit of authority or suggestion that comes his way from his coaches. Let him "do what he does"? If TO's behavior goes unchecked then this league will spiral downward and very slowly become the NBA. There will be 10 TO's for every 1 decent "keep his mouth shut and perform" player. -
Bring on Ricard. Give him a shot. Shelton brings good blocking ability to the table. I'd love to see Buffalo have a fullback that can run and catch.

Why didn't holcomb play AT ALL?

LOL, I'm with you. -
There's been alot of chatter recently about Martin Nance, his lack of playing time and the prediction that he will end up on the practice squad. Now if I'm to understand the process correctly a player cannot just be placed on the PS. They first must be waved and if there is no interest from other teams then they can be assigned to the PS. (please correct me if I am wrong, I will not have hard feelings) Big Ben is quite high on Nance as press reports have indicated: http://www.realfootball365.com/nfl/article...ills220606.html I would think that Nance will probably get picked up by Pitt since their Super Bowl QB loves him as a target. What do they have to lose by putting him on their PS. Why would Nance want to stay in Bflo if he could go and play a bit with his old college QB with whom he has a strongly developed chemistry. I'm not saying that the guy should automatically get a spot in Bflo but I would have thought that he would have gotten more playing time in the preseason. I guess that I am worried that there was almost too much depth at WR this preseason (I know that is a crazy remark) and I hope that Nance doesn't go somewhere else and suddenly in 3 years he's a hot item.

Where is Martin Nance? Andre Davis?
generaLee83 replied to SouthTownBills51's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Their lack of playing time and/or press mentions really concerns me. I thought Nance was going to make the team and vie for the #4 or #5 WR spot. It really seems to me that both are probably going to get cut. All the Reed supporters will start to regret it though when no-hands Josh makes his first big drop of the season in the NE game. -

I'm pretty sure if he fu-ks up in Dallas like he did in Philly and SF he can forget about any team signing him. If Bphlo ever signed him I'd quit being a fan. He's a selfish headcase who probably has numerous diagnosable psychological problems. He needs Doctor Phil to smash him in the face once or twice and knock him down a peg or two. -
Bills will beat NE in week 1

I'm not sure the Bills are going to beat NE in week 1. 41-0 is pretty serious. -
Correlation between early OL picks and winning

Sounds pretty interesting, if it's not too difficult and is feasible would you post some of the data. I'm not doubting you at all, I like numbers and such. -
Tasker in a Bills uniform = GOOD Tasker with a microphone = COW POOPY

Albeit, it is the preseason but a 41-0 trouncing suggests two possibilities to me. Either the Pats are much better than I thought and have mucho depth at all positions. Or for some reason the score was run up. I doubt that however as Belichik is not known as one to run up the score. I'll admit I'm worried for week 1 but then again I think a 7-9 finish is most probable for this team with the following year being outstanding. I'm not a negative nancy though, I see good things in the future for Buphalo.

Did the skins really trade away another 1st round pick? That seems to be their motif.

So if Kyle Williams ends up being a stud,
generaLee83 replied to RayFinkle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was really hoping to see more out of the secondary in the first 3 PS games. Maybe an INT would have been nice, even more knockdowns than what have been mentioned. I understand that Whitner needs a bit of time to learn but I thought Youboty and Simpson were supposed first round projections. They don't seem to peforming too well against 2nd and 3rd stringers. Time will only tell though, all could end up being studs. I will say this for Marv, his emphasis on studious hard working players was refreshing, although it did go against alot of the draft PhD's. Who cares what they have to think anyways though. I think a good evaulation time will be during week 9 (bye for the BB) for the DB's and DT's. We'll see. -

I'd have to believe that at most he's going to assume the #3 role. BUT, he's making an awful lot of money for a #3 QB. The team does need a #3 but who are they going to grab this late in the PS that will be a good signal caller on the sideline? Any thoughts? -
Josh Reed - Has he done anything this preseason?
generaLee83 replied to firstngoal's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah really, where the heck has he been? Others argue that the DT position takes time to learn and play well at. Then why the heck is Kyle Williams tearing sh_t up being a 5th rounder. (he may be my new favorite younger player on this team) I would have hoped to see something from him (McCargo) in the PS by now, maybe a few more tackle's or a a tackle for a loss or something but it seems that his play has been unnoticed, his name hasn't been mentioned in any media threads either. What a bummer. -

Who is your favorite Non-Bill in the NFL?

Current: Isaiah Kacyvinski-Seahawks LB. An amazing life story for real. (also from my hometown) All time: Jerry Rice -
What is the biggest question mark
generaLee83 replied to BoondckCL's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Initially my biggest concern was the offense but the 'O' seems to be coming together for a new system with new players. I'd have to say my concern now is with the defense. I'm curious to see if Nate C. can play well with the rest of the 'D' healthy. I'd like to write off his abysmal performances last season to bad support but there's part of me that wonders if he's really all that good. This is truly his year to either shine and truly become top 5 and get the big money or get run over like last year. (remember how awful the Dolphins game was, Chambers had like 764 yards or something). I'm thinking 8-8 is not to crazy of a prediction anymore. -
Great photos Tater, make sure he gets an account on the stadium wall ASAP. He may have more insight and logic than most of us.

"burst" is not cheap by any means. I was able to get 2 grams of it a month ago, payed $2000 although definitely worth it.

Aside from disagreeing with your post, your poetry is quite poor.
