No, your wrong on Greg Williams, he had no improvement during his tenure and a very bad relationship with his players and Tom Donahue had a lousy relationship with Ralph Wilson who brought in his trusted confidant Marv Levy; do your homework please! How do you not get McDermott and Beane our in year two, they deserve what Williams got at least three years; BTW Williams went from 8 - 8 to 6 - 10 the year he got fired. OK so we fire everybody again and now you feel good - who do we bring in and how long do they get; according to many of you playoffs or bust! The premises is they are losing and losing bad therefore the HC and GM are to blame and should be fired immediately; not even two years on the job. What's happening in 2018 should of happened last year; look at the Chuck Knoll Steelers, Bill Parcells Giants, or Jimmy Johnson Cowboys. Following your logic all three would have been fired before the built long term dynasties! The 2016 Buffalo Bills had a culture of mediocrity based on organizational failure since 2001; if the Bills are performing in the same manner at this point in 2019 then I too will scream for scalps, until then I deal with the reality of the situation!

Tanking breeds losing; what about mediocrity for 16 years, sign a big name free agent - take your pick - make a coaching change, draft poorly and stay in the hunt until December then watch the playoffs minus the Bills in January. Build up excitement during the off season, keep fan favorites because you are so close (not in reality though), and watch the playoffs minus the Bills in January. Why is it so difficult to understand this is an organization in desperate need of a "rebuild" bringing new culture and identity? Your way we stay mediocre for the next twenty years and repeat the off season hope to the January without the Bills! 2001 - 2016 a total organizational failure! Criticism - that's what they get paid for, fair enough, however: coaches at times, are like QB's; too much praise when they win too much criticism when they lose. I am giving them until December 2019, next year's draft, FA signing, and the season will determine their fate! I remember to this day the emotion and hate directed at Jerry Jones and Jimmy Johnson in 1989, Chuck Noll, and for kicks check out any of the Bill Parcells documentaries! Regardless of the gibberish on this board they did inherit a failed organization that needed to be rebuilt in every facet of operations; horrible coaching, scouting, drafting, and a culture of mediocrity if not losing. It just can't be done overnight; if we are in the same boat at this time next year then I am with you! You got me, I cannot understand why anyone on the sideline of an NFL team, let alone the head coach, would clap and try to inspire and support; this is way over the top! Not nearly as annoying as some who post on TBD and don't have a clue!

What do Lou Saban, Chuick Knox, Chuck Noll, Bill Cowther, Jimmy Johnson, and Bill Parcells all have in common? They all had knuckleheads in the media and fan base running them off after two seasons! So we fire McDermoot then in two years we fire the next guy, it goes on and on! Look at some of the past rebuild efforts of the named coaches, they had staying power but had some really bad seasons first! I know WE WANT IT AND WE WANT IT NOW FIRE EVERYBODY AND MAKE ME FEEL BETTER!
