    We just saw the best drive the Broncos can possibly put together and it resulted in a FG. If KC goes up by 14, Denver’s running game goes bye-bye and the game’s over.

    And I’m guessing the punter actually spent a fair amount of time practicing those kicks, for just such an emergency. Only complicating factor is that the punter is probably also the holder…but there must be a backup holder too…

    You cannot convince me that the punter would not have made the 21-yd FG. Rivera is awful.

    There are some bad teams out there at this point in the season, and some of them are surprising, like Carolina and Seattle.

    Tends to happen to running backs, which is just another reason never to spend a first round pick on one…

    Reminds me of last year (or was it the year before?) when the Steelers got off to a 10-0 start, beating nobodies and winning a bunch of close games. I think they finished 11-5 and made a quick playoff exit.

    Didn’t help the Titans much, did it? I like Breida, but he’s really only good for about 10-12 touches per game…

    I hope Beida isn’t the “focal point”…12 or so touches will be more than enough…

    My God, the NFC South is awful. We have two guaranteed wins coming up against Carolina and ATL…Tampa is very beatable too
