  1. I have no problem using our 2nd round pick on a QB. If it's any position we need, its a QB. Just like Pegulas oil wells, you keep drilling till you hit oil. This team's current roster is a decent QB away from a deep playoff run. It may be this coming year or the next, but you're not going to get him if you sit on your hands (like Buddy did and we know where that got us).
  2. They can. They'll be severely mortgaging their future though. Either way, the Bills win.
  3. Is there any chance, fearing the Bills relentless pass rush, Brady decides to retire?
  4. This Omar douche is getting to me. Just offer him $10M per year and be done with it. And if the Fish want to devote well over $15M on the TE position, so be it.
  5. I don't know what would be the best scenario for the Bills, us signing Clay or the Fish devoting 14+ million to 2 above average (at best) TEs.
  6. Awesome how I only see one highlight catch against the Bills, one of which Tannenhill almost gets squashed. That's great. I love how he's even a deep threat and how he scored that TD on 2nd/3rd/4th effort against PIT with 3 minutes left in the game.
  7. It's a rivalry, but it just hasn't been the same since the rise of NE. I blame Tom Brady for tarnishing the Bills-Dolphins rivalry, because like it or not, Buffalo-Miami games just don't carry much importance nowadays. Parity doesn't exist in our division.
  8. If there ever was a team the Bills could do this to, I'm really glad it was Miami. Now, if they could only re-kindle the on-field rivalry.
  9. I only see this as a win-win situation for the Bills. Our interest has already cause MIA to sign a new TE and discard key starters. Even if they eventually get him, he's going to be a very expensive signing for a team that already has a TE. This will hand-cuff them for the coming years, especially when it comes time to extend Tannenhill. As for us, Clay is not an elite TE. We can likely draft someone decent enough in the 2nd round.
  10. So I guess Rodak thinks we were only allowed to improve our team in certain areas (RB, OL). Shame on us, I guess, for trying for trying to be more than just a one-dimensional team.
  11. I don't think any NFL teams wants this kind of mentality on their team. He quit before he even tried, especially strange in a league filled with teams clamoring for a decent QB. Glad we didn't get him.
  12. I'm just upset we signed him for 1 year. So, basically, if he has a great season, he's one and done because we won't be able to sign him. We've got Dareus to sign next year.
  13. It looks like we are building a team where it doesn't matter who the QB is. We're going to run it down the opposing team's throat, then we'll dump it off to great receivers when they stack the line. Even EJ can dump it off to an open Sammy. We're certainly not gong to rely on passing to win games though. It could work, it has in Seattle.
  14. WTF. If he want to entertain SF, pull the offer off the table. This is getting ridiculous.
  15. I'm searching the list of emoji on my iPhone and I can't seem to find the "100" one. This sucks. I wonder if the double underline has a special meaning?
  16. This is like a roller coaster...or a soap opera. Can't tell.
  17. Why don't we just pick up the best TE was can with our 2nd pick? Would be a lot cheaper and probably could get a better player than Clay.
  18. Check this out. Guy has information 99% of us don't have. Glad to have another inside source.
  19. If I were the Bills I would have Suh in for a nice visit. See what the Fins think about that.
  20. Is this a cost cutting move to sign Clay?
  21. They're a dime-a-dozen. They grow on trees. Why don't we just grab one in the 7th round.
  22. Could be. He's definitely not someone on inside making any football decisions. I think that came to light with the EJ's going to be cut comment.
  23. Money well spent. Who's Marrone?
