  1. Well, now I know why Russ was pushing the analytics department so much.
  2. Will we at least get a compensation pick from this?
  3. You laugh now. All aboard the Johnny Football train.
  4. "We just can't afford to pay that kind of money for a guy who's fighting for probably a backup job."
  5. Well, gonna have to deal wit it now.
  6. Fallout of the taped convo.
  7. Looks like he going to be cut if he doesn't restructure. Good move.
  8. I would say we did though. Baring injury, Fitz is never going to start another game for the Bills. He's not even going to serve as a place warmer until our new rookie QB is ready to start. Not only that, it looks like the Bills have already made up their mind to cut him if he doesn't decide to restructure. That's a lot right there.
  9. These guys are in a heap of trouble. http://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/recording-phone-calls-and-conversations
  10. This is too much. Dargunnit, too much.
  11. Not to mention he'll still be able to walk and remember his own name in 10 years
  12. Gee, I hope he doesn't need stitches.
  13. Very true. They also cleared McCargo a bunch of times, let Troup keep playing, kept McGee around, and also cleared Mario to start with a known injury. I'll even go as far to blame them for RG3.
  14. I didn't see any of them wearing a Bills uni. Should we be panicking?
  15. For a decision as monumental as this one, two threads are needed.
  16. Seeing how even the Bills don't expect to win this year (new coaches always get a freebee their first year to "evaluate the roster"), let's call his bluff and cut him. We'll take the cap hit now and he'll get nothing.
  17. Just another example of a player who the Bills could of had for very little....
  18. With our first pick, a big investment in my mind, I would like a guy who will be a Bill forever. As our current FO is showing us now, us drafting a OG in the first wouldn't fullfil this criteria. If Levitre is commanding 8 million a year, imagine our FO's response towards a perennial All-Pro guard.
  19. This is really not a bad idea. It would increase our odds and we really need that at this point. I don't even care if it means us losing out at another position. If we get a franchise QB and nothing else, the draft will be a success. My only hesitation is that it's asking for a QB controversy. We'll have to listen to "put (insert name) in" all season.
  20. This Manziel talk has got to stop. Don't people understand the planning/hard work/ineptness/price that goes into getting the #1 overall pick?
  21. But, wouldn't that mean you need a good defense then? I don't see the Ravens or 49ers D as crappy. Both their offenses were built around QB managers, except that Flacco became hot.
  22. Even a RB? My guess is next year is the time to draft Spiller's replacement.
  23. In before the lock.
