Hey, just because we are not familiar with most of the players on our team anymore doesn't mean we won't be competitive! Jonathan Williams was fumble waiting to happen. Let's kick back and watch this team grow as the year goes on. Call me crazy but I have some faith in this front office and new young head coach. Yea, we have a chance to go 3-13 or 9-7, I get that part of it. I'm really excited to see these young players play hard and earn their spots on this team. I do see a QB change in the near future if Tyrod does not play up to snuff. Can't wait till Sunday! I have a feeling we will see more good from this team then bad this year.

Rapoport points out that his agents could push for a fully guaranteed contract that will void after three years because of playing time. Like all undrafted players, Collins can potentially renegotiate his deal in two years. (That's a year earlier than drafted players.) Collins is not going to inspire a bidding war because the money allotted to undrafted free agents is very limited. But Collins will essentially be able to choose where to start his NFL career.

Maybe with some NFL coaching he can become a Ruben Brown type of player that we are hoping for?

Why wouldn't the Chargers want to unload Rivers this year and get something for him instead of waiting for Rivers to hit the free agent market next season and get zero in return? It makes more sense to me for the Chargers to unload him this weekend to a team like the Titans or perhaps, The Buffalo Bills and end up with a couple draft picks out of the deal. am I crazy?

Personally, I think it's time to cut ties with Fred Jackson too. He's 34 and I noticed his speed has dropped off from what it use to be. Love the man -the player but I think it's time to say thanks for everything Fred. JMHO Everyone loves Fred until the 34 year old RB gets hurt again.
