Nice waste of a 3rd round pick. Still might make it down the line, but a 3rd rounder was definitely a reach for him.

In other words: Woodbury has been cut so many times, OJ's expecting the police to be knocking on his door any minute. -

What did you see in Rob Lee that made you think he'd make it? Seriously, I thought ReShard Lee had a lot of potential until I watched him play & basically studder step his way to the waiver wire. He should realize that when they hand you the ball, it's not an invitation to one of those TV dancing contests. -
Kyle Orton named Bears starter

No other choice. Pretty good chance Hutchinson doesn't even make the team. -
Jets are doomed too. http://www.newsday.com/sports/football/jet...l=ny-jets-print

The only problem is that they were winning because Chicago was playing a QB who will be out of the league in another week or 2. The Bills starters weren't winning the game, Hutchinson was giving it to them.

will the game be on radio in albany?
Albany,n.y. replied to Charlie68's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, the Yankee game is on 1300 -
You're not going to be able to listen to the game on the WBBM website. They didn't stream the Colts game when it was on the radio & I doubt they'll stream this game. You will hear the continuous news/sports/weather as if WBBM is on the air broadcasting all news, when their on air broadcast will be the Bills/Bears game. You'll have to tune it in on the radio when it gets dark, the website will be useless. (Let me know if I'm wrong-I'm streaming the Bills radiocast & I won't be listening to Chicago)

Good News: It is best one yet. Donahoe actually has his bio in it this year. Bad News: It came in a flimsy plastic and got a little roughed up in delivery. Also they stuck the season ticket pins in between pages 40 & 41 and they put dimples in the surrounding pages.

LAMP: Taking off for Sartoga
Albany,n.y. replied to smokinandjokin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here's my analysis: 1) #4 Roman Ruler-Appears to have overcome foot problems with back to back stakes wins in the Dwyer and the Haskell. Has been working like a horse possessed since his arrival on the Saratoga grounds. Has slower speed figures than both Bellamy Road & Flower Alley, but Bellamy Road is almost ceretainly a short horse. Zito has admitted his main goal is the Breeder's Cup and with many older foes retiring & Afleet Alex's injury, the Breeder's Cup seems to be where Bellamy Road will peak, not in the Travers. 2) #7 Flower Alley-2nd best speed #s after Bellamy Road. Has already been beaten by top choice, Roman Ruler, in the Dwyer, when Ruler, if anyone would have been the short horse. Bad pace scenario as he has to stalk Bellamy Road and by the time he passes him he'll be softened up a bit. 3) #1 Bellamy Road-Has to be short, and it's not easy going 1 1/4 off any sustained layoff. Couple that with his injury and this looks to be strictly a prep race for bigger things this fall. Will be winging it as far as he goes, but don't think you'll see a repeat of the Wood. An obvious false favorite. 4) #5 Don't Get Mad - Liveliest long shot in this race. If he runs back to Kentucky form, he could hit the board. -
It is on WBBM Chicago 780. It is only on the radio, not on their website. It is a very strong station, but won't come in until it gets dark. I gave up trying to get it & shelled out the $29.95 for the entire season on the web. The Yankees are playing tonight & next Friday so I can't listen locally since the Yankee broadcasts are aired when there's a conflict.

Dont Buy Gas From Exxon or Mobil

When I get to Buffalo I'm filling up with Mobil gas because I always do. I'm not putting some cheapo gas that's going to wreck my engine. -

Residential, farm & commercial inventory on properties chosen for equalization rates & comparable sales for those properties. He recently went to a horse farm that specializes in harness racing & he can't stop talking about the place with a training track & sulkies all over the place. -

His computer broke a few months ago and he has never replaced it. The only time he can post is at work & he's been out of the office a lot collecting data in the field. He should be at the tailgate on opening day. -
How Do Folks Explain Peters Going Undrafted?
Albany,n.y. replied to Fake-Fat Sunny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The combination of weight problems & getting suspended for a game during his college days caused people to question his attitude. The best stuff I found to support that was PFW's analysis of him. It included: "...in '02, missing the Mississippi State game because of disciplinary action. ...Poor attitude. Does not take to coaching well. Questionable character. ...Poor character will knock him off some teams' draft boards." I wish I could find more but PFW's take seemed to be in line with those who believed he had a poor attitude. -
How Do Folks Explain Peters Going Undrafted?
Albany,n.y. replied to Fake-Fat Sunny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
These were my thoughts on Peters in 2004 & they sum up what a lot of NFL people were thinking on draft weekend. "Jason Peters is getting too big to be anything other than a guy who fails at TE and the team tries to switch him to OL. He also has a questionable attitude that you don’t want with a guy whom you’ll be trying to change positions on." The single digit Wonderlic on a guy being switched to a position that averages one of the higher Wonderlics didn't help him either. -
He wrote it back in February after Drew was released & threw it in without knowing what the f**k he's talking about.

Players released per V-Coach
Albany,n.y. replied to Florida_BillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Where did you come up with that from? Peters was cut by the Bills, the Giants were MENTIONED as a possible landing spot, he never signed with the Giants, never got cut by the Giants & when the teams signed their practice squads, Peters signed with the Bills practice squad. -
There's a guy filling in on ESPN this morning whose name is Mike Schopp. Is this the same guy who is on WGR?

George Wilson and Lionel Gates
Albany,n.y. replied to Thailog80's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree. But once Roscoe comes back either Haddad, Wilson or Reed will get cut as soon as Everett comes off PUP.
