I think we have faced more talented running teams than the bus. Lets see, Corey Dillion, Curtis Martin, Marshal Faulk, Steven Alexander for starters. The Bus doesnt strike fear in me, I hope big Pat and Big Sam put some decleater hits on the bus !
Thats why they call it a potential trap game. A game you should win (49'ers), the following week is a bonafida tough opponent (Pittsburgh) and the Bills get caught looking past the 49er's. This is a classic trap game as I know the definition to mean.
Hopefully Mularky will keep them focused on one game at a time and take no game lightly.
I wish I could show you the lamest ad ever being played here in San Diego. It is some lame no talent salesman singing a horrible jingle to come and buy a car at Cal Worthington Dodge in Carlsbad.
I shudder at the thought of it.
I'm glad you got to see some nice titty and got all excited. But why take a demeaning tone about her ? So she's not a rocket scientist, do you expect MBA grads to be working at Hooters?
Thank God there are girls like her who will work at Hooters ! Don't be a Hooter hater, be a Hooter lover !
They have great boneless wings IMHO !
What your overlooking is that the players and coaches are starting to gel and get a rhythm going that they didn't have going at the beginning of the year, until the Rams game after reading some of the articles on the home page.
So now that they have their timing down, we can hope they can beat a team with a winning record. Until then we can only beat who is on our schedule.
As far as Miami is concerned. They are a better team since getting rid of Wannie ! They are better than their record at this time IMHO. Same as we are better than our record.
I think Willis is an outstanding player. He is only going to get better as well. I want to add that RB is the one position where a rookie can come in and make an impact. It happens all of the time, LT, Edge, Marshall Faulk, etc.
Everything people have said here is this thread is true. I just want to add that from some of the Bledsoe bashers (including myself) I/we dont disagree with these observations, I/we only want to add that a more mobile QB helps out when protection breaks down or the RB wiffs his block.
Having said that, Drew has been playing much better when it comes to being elusive. Sidesteps rushers, throws the ball away and occasionaly taking off and gaining yards. As long as he keeps playing that way, I've got no problem with Drew. I'm happy that we are winning. I couldn't care a less who plays Qb really. As long as that QB gives the Bills a chance to win.
