How many QB's drafted high in the first round actually workout? Not very many. It is a big crap shoot. I would rather take a DL or LB in the first 7 rounds. Throw in a RT as well.

Ya was that freakin awesome or what? I was cheering loudly for Fitz at that point. I replayed that block a few times, he really spun that defender in the air. That block reminded me of Jim Kelly throwing a pick and then as the guy is running for the endzone, Jim runs over tackles the guy and breaks his leg. Classic.

I'm happy to get the win! But Does Chan know how to call a sweep? Pitchout? Reverse, Slant or end around, He called two plays all day, run up the middle and the bomb down the side. He needs to be more diverse. And the three run plays up the middle before the half that gave Detroit the opportunity to kick the 3 before half. If he calls one slant we convert and run the clock out. His play calling sucks if you ask me. We need a younger more creative play caller.

As much as I like Fitz, his lapse in accuracy, is a problem. I wonder if Chan can fix the mental mistakes he is making to avoid the costly laps in accuracy? I think it is a mental problem he has to overcome to take his game to the next level. A sports psychologist may be in order for Fitz. I hope he can do it.
