  1. dumb things done by dumb people.
  2. Romo nailed it in his. Very funny.
  3. Good player, but he's a tweener. Not big enough to be a TE not fast enough to be more than a possesion receiver.
  4. Bribery, isn't that illegal?
  5. I'm quoting you but I'm asking John about it, given that he recently re-watched the game as I did. Relax dude, I don't need you to take time for something that I already thanked you for.
  6. Maybe John from Hemet can add something about that stat, I didn't feel or notice that stat as factual.
  7. To tell you the thruth, knowing what we know now and with 7 months to think about what transpired last season, I'm glad EJ was benched, because I don't think him or any other young QB would have thrived in Marrone's offense, an offense in which a ten year veteran saw his game decline as the season wore on. I
  8. Up until the interception, EJ was a mixed bag, not great but not certainly the worst performance by an NFL QB as it was described by some in this board, not even close. I didn't think Watt was intentionally going at EJ's knees, though some of those hits could have seriously injured him. We reached the red zone three times and we failed to throw a pass at the endzone in all three trips there. In the last trip, EJ throws the pick 6, an intended quick pass to Fred in the flat where we didn't even try to chip or slow Watt down to clear a passing lane. After the int, EJ went into a funk, until he threw the long pass to MIke Williams to get back into the game. After that, a series going 3 and out and the int that sealed the game. As I said earlier in this thread, the offense was bad overall, couldn't stop Watt, like EJ, Watkins was bad on this one and Fred is amazing. Despite gaining 60 yards, CJ Spiller missed some easy holes by trying to bounce outside.
  9. Can't wait to over-analize every incomplete pass by our QBs.
  10. Is that an official stat? I re-watched the game and Woods didn't have any drops but it didn't feel he was targeted as many times. Watkins had 2 key drops on 3rd down and 4 overall, Mike Williams had 2 drops, though one shouldn't count because it was a pass short of the 3rd down marker and in no way he was going to convert had he not dropped the ball. Chandler had one drop. Thanks for the link.
  11. If he is guilty, he should be fired but the team should try to help him in any way they can. If this is a case of guy that can't control his temper, seek him help in that department.
  12. https%3A//vine.co/4b526334-5379-46da-bbf7-07bce8220a2c http://www.sbnation.com/lookit/2015/7/17/8996447/rex-ryan-sky-diving-u-s-army-parachute-team-bills-jets-head-coach
  13. Can you expand on this, I re-watched the game and I don't see how is this possible. Was that the gameplan going in? Because everything went to **** when we couldn't find answers to stop JJ Watt.
  14. As a QB, Tebow was undraftable. He should have swtiched to RB and maybe he would still be in the league.
  15. Peter King thinks he will http://www.si.com/nfl/video/2015/07/17/tom-brady-roger-goodell-four-game-suspension-appeal
  16. I wish I could watch the game again but I remember the WRs dropping at least 4 or 5 passes in that game. You can pin the loss on Manuel's shoulders if you want but as a whole, the offense was bad that day.
  17. The problem isn't the run/pass ratio, it's the obvious tendencies opposing DC pick up while reaching that ratio. Marrone, for the most part had the right idea of trying to be a physicall running team that would try to keep at it and not become one dimensional. The problem Marrone had was that his offense was painfully predictable throwing that healthy ratio out the window.
  18. Great read, good that he's happy with who and where he is right now.
  19. Hey, at least we have street smarts........right?
  20. Like Randy Moss before me, I scored a 12.
  21. Mayock could not stop talking about this kid in the first minutes of the East-West shrine game. He was talking OL and he said that there was always someone that "pops" and this year was him.
  22. After the 2015 pre-season games, we will all wonder what it would take to trade for Ryan Nassib.
