  1. This is what I think of EJ Manuel, of all his 14 games started, I liked him in 7 games (NE, CAR, NYJx2, CLE, ATL, JAX) where I think he showed promise, he was meh in 3 games (CHI, MIA, HOU) and really bad in 4 games (BAL, TB, PIT, SD) It's worrisome that he was better early on his carreer with little signs of progression going forward. Was it him? or was it subpar coaching? He needs to earn the trust of his new coaches if he wants to be given more chances to further his development.
  2. I agree that you need a mobile QB to run the read option but you also have to have a guy smart enough to read the player or the tendencies of the player responsible of the QB. Regarding the play Coach Sal is reviewing, I hope both starting guards are asked to pull so they can add more variables and unpredictability to the offense. Can some obscure guard currently on the roster suprise and challenge Urbik, Richardson & Williams (if he ever shows up) for the back-up job? I hated watching Urbik trying to block in space and Williams is more of a wall-off kind of guard. Richardson looked heavy and not very athletic at times last year.
  3. Simms' pre-season game with the Jets.
  4. That's just the Brohm syndrome. Everyone is better than the current QB.
  5. When I posted those videos, I should have recommended to watch it without sound and then focus on three things, the routes the WRs are running on the play, the pocket and the level of OL play and finally the decision the QB is making on those plays.
  6. Sure is, but watching the right side of the OL trying to block is painful. Sometimes only one passing option on a given play and then watch it not being executed properly are signs of a really poorly coached and designed offense.
  7. The analisys is clearly biased towards Manuel, but you can see the poor OL play, non existent adjustments and really bad designed plays. I stole this one from the BB.com MB. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3c5HTvR1dts
  8. We're back, obviously, we always are.
  9. I think i will faint at the first report of the offense running a counter trap.
  10. Maybe Cedric Reed, whom draft experts deemed him draftable on the draft's third day.
  11. "Challenge accepted, entering cheat mode"
  12. I don't see greatness in Tannehill's game up to this point in his carreer. Sometimes he seems a bit robotic with no feel for the game, but he'll stand up, forget about that bad play and start over. He's a good starting QB and could still get better, if he somehow finds the sights for the long game he can be very dangerous. Right now, I see him as the same type of QB that Alex Smith is, he can beat you but you're not overly concerned with his game.
  13. Don't know if this was already posted, I don't know if it's funny but, IMO, it's on point.
  14. I don't agree with that.
  15. some gems from that message board Based on this article http://www.avclub.com/article/stuff-parity-nfl-punishes-quarterback-winning-too--219251 comes this response Insanity galore.
  16. http://www.patriotsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=69840&page=10 Damn those Pats fans are delusional, they actually think that by suing, Brady/Kraft/Patriots will bring Goodell and the NFL to it's knees.
  17. They needed this excuse for their bandwagon ways.
  18. It will be tough for any rookie to make the team, drafted or not drafted.
  19. Lame and pathetic.
  20. But we're not, because we're not !@#$ing cheaters.
  21. He would have brought bologna and a Saint Doug rookie card to document he was actually him.
