... I think the biggest thing Chan did for the team was when the fans heckled Edwards in training camp. He jumped in and said we lose and win with this team (I Know not a perfect quote) He got bashed in the press for going after fans but guess what I bet the team got the message big time! He had the teams respect more than ever then.

To each his own, I rather have the Kelly era blues than the Bledsoe era color change for the regular uniforms. With both the throwbacks and that color change the record went south.

As soon as I saw the throwbacks yesterday I knew there was trouble on the horizon. Always seems to happen.

Hey all... I know its little consolation but I've heard Dan Patrick, Jim Rome and Scott VanPelt all praise the Bills today for playing their butts off and giving a crap trying to win. All of them said they'd rather watch a team like the Bills play then the pathetic Cowboys who have much more talent but are a bunch of quitters at this point. ...Maybe the Cowboys can hire hire Dick Jauron to replace Wade Phillips, they might like our cast offs!!! Lets also look at the Albert Haynesworth contract, huge bonuses that are amortized over the length of the contract not a true indication of 2009. Those figures also don't include coaches, scouts and front office staff that Dan Snyder can pay.

...To start to do this "Redskins Style" all we have to do is find a billionaire owner with a open check book and a stadium that sells out with the highest tickets in the league that doesn't care about the bottom line. OMG... OV Spilts!!! There was a bar in Elmira that had them around 1980 for I think (dead brain cells) 3/$1.00. We'd keep leaving them on our table and as Floyd would say from the old "Andy Griffith" show..."It's a beautiful thing Andy". Problem was it was the night we played in 8 ball league, go figure we always did better on the road!! :beer:
