All I can say is I switched to DISH in June and it was the WORST decision I ever made. Along with the fact that they don't have the MLB Net, ESPN Classic (extra) or the YES network I've had several lousy dealings with customer service. Sooooo... I'm back to DTV on Thursday and got many "gifts" to come back. Of course this is going to cost me to buy out DISH... grrrr PS- They do offer the XTSY Channel for $29 a month DTV doesn't...sigh....

Yup...and in two weeks when "Trint" has to play for real and gets his annual concussion/injury then what. I'll still say Brian Brohm has the most upside of the QB's.... so this cricket speaks.

Well there's 4 hours of wasted time on the DVR, but watching the Saints game on fast forward is kinda entertaining! LOL

I agree any "ifs" change everything but and a big but, then statistics shouldn't be used under your theory as they are pointless. Several stories I have read pointed out that TE had a 142.2 QB rating and even noted that it was so much better than Peyton Mannings I think one said almost double! LOL... I'm sure we both agree then we'll trade TE for Payton ASAP!! ... For what its worth, throw out TE's TD and his rating drops to 63.3. To me that says it all!!! One pass made his numbers. I wonder what his QB Rating would be minus that throw? Also he benefited from CJ's run and McGees return or the score wouldn't have been so Rosy when he left. ...Give Brohm a chance with the real players next week!!

Brohm didn't play by design, hes second on Thursday. Of course IMHO, they should put him out there with the starters and see what he's got. We already know what Treint doesn't have.

The sad part is I didn't want to leave I wanted a cheap upgrade. Oh well. I did ask to talk to supervisors and they didn't do anything either. I got the feeling that they just handed the phone to the loser next to them and called it good.

I wish i was as fortunate as many here fighting with DTV. I was a 12 year customer who tried to get a free upgrade to a HDDVR before the Winter Olympics. I got absolutely no where even though I was getting bombarded with mailing from DTV about all the benefits of being a new customer and all the freebies I never got. I carried this fight on all the way from February until last week and got no where and snotty responses. At one point I said I'll just quit then and resign up and literally was told "go ahead and try it, your in our database." ...So last week I get a flyer from DISH that said they now offered local channels in my area (DTV doesn't) plus a free DVR, plus free HD for life. Soooo I bit on it. When i called DTV to cancel then and only then did they offer me the world. Well that was a little too late as I already had DISH and really don't want to buy it out to get out of my two year commitment. So even though I had no problem with the prices even for ST they lost a 12 year customer who paid on time because they treated me like crap and mocked my threats. Obviously I didn't get to the right person.
