NFL 2010 FA's My guess is alot of the top guys will be franchised. This is of course assuming the CBA is agreed upon. I would love to see McNeill manning the LT spot.

We all knew there were issues with the Bills talent but when Matt Millen questions the talent on your team I think that adds a whole new meaning to the term "rock bottom". What can we honestly expect next year from any GM or head coach agreeing to take on the rebuilding project? I can only think of 19 players that I feel are worth keeping or have too much potential to chop at this point. More than half the players on this team will probably need to find new jobs and we will probably have to overpay for mediocre talent to give us the time of day in free agency. Short list of Players that I would keep in 2010. The rest can go find another team to waste money on...Although we all know what opinions are like... Fred Jackson- A football player on a team of paycheck collectors Lynch- great complimentary back. Byrd- Will be exciting to see what future holds Lee Evans- I can't blame him for this season with the QB and OL play. Levitre- To early to cut loose at this point Nelson- To early to cut loose at this point Wood- Looks like a classic fan favorite for many years if he can come back from injury. Maybin- To early to cut loose at this point Schobel- still all we got at pass rusher Stroud- Always liked him. Needs better players around him. Posluszny- Corner- Florence- Pleasant suprise of FA this year McGee- Whitner- Wilson- McKelvin Lindell Moorman

They mentioned that the Madden ratings for '09 were posted and were going to go into the Bills ratings. I missed it, just wondering if anyone can recap. I tried to find the official released ratings on line but was unsuccessful.

Jauron said it yesterday. You can't have enough corners. I was hoping got a TE. This might be a similar situation to last year when the Bills could not find a corner they liked in the draft slot and kept passing.

I wanted the Bills to get Leaf the year we got Johnson. I'll watch every game like I have since I was a kid. I will probably end up liking the pick no matter who it is. Colston is a not the norm. Lets look at the Bills receivers recently not taken in the first against who was taken in the 2nd. 1st Evans, Moulds vs 2nd Price, Reed, Parrish

OK... My last hope on this years draft is Devin Thomas or Limas Sweed in the first. I like the projected 2nd round corners better than the projected 2nd round receivers. PLus I feel more comfortable with the Corner situation that the WR situation. I think there will be a run on receivers in the late 1st early 2nd. The Bills will probably pick someone nobody expects anyway. I bet they go with Mike Jenkins or Malcolm Kelly in the first and blow this board up. Also. I wouldn't be hurt with a good Tackle. After Peters and Walker there is nothing. I probably would have been fired as a GM long ago. When the Bills were on the clock this is who I wanted against who they picked. 2007 When draft started was hoping Peterson would fall. When they Bills were on the clock wanted Marshawn Lynch (got one right) 2006 Wanted Haloti Ngata (got Donte Whitner) when they traded back in thought it was for Winston Justice (got McCargo). 2005 No First Rounder 2004 Wanted Roethlisberger or Rivers when the draft started, when the Bills were on the clock wanted Tommie Harris (got Lee Evans) Later got Losman 2003 Before the draft wanted Michael Haynes. When the Bills were on the clock wanted William Joseph or Larry Johnson when the Bills were on the clock. Got McGahee.

Assuming an injury free preseason... I still think we will have a starting rookie TE, and WR. Other than that, maybe also a C, RG, LCB, and FB. I still feel Butler and Greer are solid and may even turn it up this season but an upgrade is needed. I would like to see McCargo take over the 1 Tech DT position.

Anyone who is not a WR. I don't care if it is Thomas or Sweed. This is the position that we need the biggest and most immediate upgrade.
