Wow, 13 teams in the AFC have legitimate playoff hopes this late in the season. Jets Dolphins and Patriots all had chances but lost opening the door for the teams with 8 losses.

Tre White seemed to be looking more confident out there. He wasn’t flawless, but he made a bunch of plays. That was my take anyways.

FWIW it looks like Jerry has a $6.25M non guaranteed salary next season with a$1.25M cap hit if released. Salary this year is $3.75M so like $1.25M remaining? I am skeptical that this return actually happens but I’ll be happy if it does. Epenesa to IR?

According to a site called lineups.com, Elam played 21 snaps and Tre 16. I only noticed Tre on the first drive and noticed Elam only once which was in the 4th quarter. I don’t know how accurate that site is but those numbers are more encouraging than I initially thought.

I find it very peculiar that Tre and Elam were both on the field so little. In a season where the team’s depth has been taxed so severely every active spot is important. Having two corners who are basically non participants is questionable. If it truly is a mental block with Tre, then I guess just getting him out there is a step in the right direction. I wish we could have seen him later in the game though. Elam was on the field in the 4th for at least one play. I think he was maybe an emergency option this week and not part of the plan.

Oh yeah I agree. Just in hindsight they should have drafted someone or just let Mancz or somebody else man that spot. Saffold has just been so disappointing.

They could have not signed Saffold and maybe put a trashcan or something between Schnowman and Morse. 😀

Today was an emotional game to be sure. The GDT was ugly and matched a lot of the play we saw on the field but there is no reason to call out Yolo for starting a thread. I understand the policy but there are always exceptions and Yolo does more for this board than anybody. Yolo is a reason this place is the best for all your Bills info needs. I’m not trying to slam you or anybody but calling him “teflon tom” is bad form. The Bills won and it’s Thanksgiving. Go have a beer. 🍺

I think if the offense wasn’t struggling so badly at that point, that exchange wouldn’t happen. Diggs wants to win. I don’t see any problem.

1) No more horrible picks by Josh. Not all interceptions are equal. The one Josh threw in the EZ last week I could live with. 4th down with pressure coming, he had to throw it. His other picks the last three weeks have been brutal though and shouldn’t happen. 2) Anyone other than Diggs making a meaningful contribution. For all the resources they’ve used to acquire pass catching backs and slot receivers, it would be nice to see them contributing. 3) No injuries but this is probably a pipe dream. 4) 2nd half adjustments. This team used to own the 3rd quarter. What happened? 5) A Bills victory!

They must feel pretty confident that Mancz won’t sign elsewhere? There are plenty of guys who you’d think were more expendable. I’m looking at you Jamarcus Ingram. Also 3 WR on that PS list. Our starting center has a history of injuries and Van Roten has already shown his lack of ability this season. 🤷‍♂️

Gabe took the ball with him off the field. I think his recent struggles maybe were getting in his head. Glad to see him turn it around as they are a much better offense with him.

It was posted somewhere last season that he was among the most “double teamed” players in the league. Of course he was playing alongside Star and Justin Zimmer et al. I don’t know about his games this season but I thought having Jones this year would allow Ed to flourish. Von has been taking some of those double teams away also. Injury certainly isn’t helping. Lot’s of season left. He’s an easy guy to root for that’s for sure.

Ed O is such a frustrating player. He has had games where he seems to be around the ball or in the backfield all day disrupting the offense. As another poster stated though, he is totally invisible for long stretches. Hard to even tell he’s on the field. I wouldn’t mind seeing him resign but he probably wants a lot of $$. Let someone else pay it. Overall he’s been a major disappointment considering his draft position and lack of development.

3 carries for 7 yards 2 receptions for 11 yards 3 punt returns for 18 yards no touchdowns McDermott isn’t going to hand over the keys that easily. I don’t expect much involvement in the offense right away. I do expect Hines to immediately assume PR duties though, which should be an upgrade.

Josh Allen absolutely pleads with the refs for calls and who cares? I remember some other jets player talking smack before a game against the Bills. Everett Mciver. How’d that work out for them?
