  1. As I stated in another post I have already sent my ticket to Ralph along with a letter asking for Jaurons head, in return for my continued support. Don't think he will even see it but hey who knows? CC Russ Brandon as well.
  2. I sent a letter to Ralph this morning along with my ticket for the patriots game and told him if he wanted my continued support he needed to show me he deserved it. And that in my opinion we need a real head coach, not somebody he got cheap. I would love to see Schottenheimer return to Buffalo, and I think he would love to be here. He may be snakebit in the playoffs but at least his teams are always there.
  3. I wish I were a fly on the wall to be privy to some insights of the BILLS brain trust, but I only have speculations like the rest of the fans. There have been several curious game time decisions in the past. Why did we not go deeper at all against the Browns? and who's decision to Pouch the kickoff after the Mckelvin TD return? Cribbs was gassed after sprinting down to cover then sprinting back to try to run down LM. I can't believe we would have seen his best return effort on the ensuing kickoff. Why settle for a long FG at the scoreboard goal post where Lindell has his most problems. Does the staff not realize that??? Or is it that in their pollyanna world everything goes as planned?!!! Many questions and very few answers. I truly hope TE will can deliver on the promises of the staff but right now I'm a little skeptical. Poor JP has the stigma of being a TD pick which has doomed him in the minds of many fans but he has put up better numbers throughout his career than TE with less talent to work with. At least he knew where the End Zone was. One passing TD a game is pathetic stat.
  4. Very good post. I agree for the most part. I actually had the Bills going 4-1 or 3-2 with losses to AZ and/or Jacksonville. I do find it ironic about JP getting accused of holding the ball to long on a play where he was sacked at the 3 second mark. Any QB in the league should have 3 seconds from his OL. That play was clearly on Peters. Even Beurline accused him of it, and then on the replay he counted 1001, 1002, 1003 bam. Take your foot out of your mouth Steve. You were never much of a QB either. Another lacklustre career.
  5. On an incomplete pass play the rams were guilty of a personal foul(they had the ball) and the Bills had the option of accepting the penalty or the play. Why not both? Now if the personal foul had been on Buffalo it would have been tacked on to the end of the play and the Rams would have been given a first down. Why the descreptancy?
  6. Sorry if this has already been posted but the Sheik once again had a "huge" play in tripping John Lee on the opening kickoff. With out his perseverence there is no way Lindel gets over in time for the force out and Oakland has 7 pts instead of 3 to start the game
  7. My idea was to get Art Wander involved but the thought of Art and stripping is to scary to conjure.
  8. As Bills fans our hopes have been crushed so many times we're alittle hesitant to admit how good this team really is and potentially great it could be.
  9. I don't know if this has been posted before, if so I appologize. I love seeing multiple looks in our offense, and Fred "ACTION" Jackson has been a revelation, but when will we see Marshawn doing the same things, and why haven't we already??? I'll hang up and listen to your reply.
  10. Just like to add one more item. We should be working on extending Stroud soon.
  11. Ditto! I was impressed as hell with Stroud and so many others but like Mitchell said after the game thats what they pay me to do. Chambers on the other hand handled Kearney 1on1 all day, and I can't imagine anyone, other than his mother, expected that. Three cheers to Kirk.
  12. Glad to see him get the pick. I thought he should have had one early in the game.
  13. OC, I agree. Too many people sitting on their hands. This game was much better than usual though. I long for the return of the come back game when the whole place was rockin. I had bruises on my hands for about a week.
  14. I agree totally, Stroud looked like a man among boys. He was in the Seattle backfield so often I thought he should have been wearing a Hawks jersey.
  15. I had an ACL,PCL MCL rupture many years before MRI and I can tell you "they have ways". Just a little old school medicine.
  16. Just wanted to thank all attending for making my 1st Tailgate enjoyable. Plan to see you again next year, I hope with the same outcome. Go Bills!!!!!
  17. I'm glad the JP thing is moving forward, but at what expense. Would he have reported if the FO made the same promise at the start of camp? I think so. Then the FO has potentially sacrificed the start of the season and still ended up offering to renegotiate. Where is the victory? And this IR BS is becoming obsurd. "We need the roster spot". Seriously does Jaron think the outcome of this game will be determined positively or begatively by the fact we have or don't have a complete roster. What game saving play does anyone think Blake Costanzo will make to determine the outcome. POS lost valuable PT last year for the same idiotic reason. Yet we save a roster spot for Denny only to put him on IR fro the last cple of games. I'm frustrated at the whole situation.
  18. I don't know who is at fault, as I don't have any inside info, but this is a major kick in the teeth. How we go from one of the better LB corps in the league back to square one in a heart beat just floors me. I do question the FO decisions on IR with players. They have a poor track record to date IMHO. The Pos injury/IR seemed to be a knee jerk reaction last year. I think this will be more of a blow to the team than the Peters situation. I wish I was a fly on the wall so to speak. GO BILLS
  19. Section 313 row 6 seat 18. I'll be coming to Hammers for the first time. Is there ample parking there? I usually park behind the 7/11.
  20. I to was glad to see so many of the rookies make the squad. I have liked what I've seen from Johnson and Xavier " The X-factor" Oman especially. I was intrigued by Wright last year but he fumbled his way off the squad. Better luck next time.
  21. I believe Laidlaw challenged RTS's right to shuttle to RWS with the federal Govt., and I read and article that said the fed trans commission had ruled RTS was guilty of unfair competetion as they are non profit. I checked around and the only ride I could find was an ad by Laidlaw for service to and from, but I would walk before a ride a freakin school bus an hour and 1/2 each way. If they think they will have a thriving business at this I would like to have a little of what ever they are on. Car pool anyone????
  22. I like the Sheik Yabouty thing. And as far as the TD is concerned, I don't know what coverage responsability was on that particular play. Was it his or the safety?
  23. Like Lori said, we have a lot of questions on this team. That is why we get little respect. Start with the fact that our Pro bowl LT is not in camp and we have a 2nd year QB. Those things in itself are major red flags. Will Stroud be the beast we all hope for???? I truely hope TE comes in and lights it up, but in realilty I will be happy just to see him progress. The odds are not based on speculation with rose colored lenses. It's all about the numbers, and young players don't have much to rely on statistically.
  24. I would have rather seen Favre go to TB, as he is definately an upgrade over Pennington or Clemens, but the Jets still have a weak OL. His start streak may be at risk, as I think he will take a beating.
