  1. Fred and CJ are both good receivers and can lineup wide so there is no reason that they can't be on the field together or that the offense shouldn't revolve around them
  2. The Eagles insisted on playing the Wide 9 formation which spreads their D-line with the DE's out wide. They did this in an attempt to get more pressure on the QB but also created huge running lanes especially on draws and screens. The Eagles also didn't have tackles anywhere near as good as Williams or Dareus so it was a completely different situation Wanny prefers using quicker penetrating lineman in a rotation instead of huge run stuffers like Big Ted I am a little concerned with the LB's but Wanny was always able to get production out of guys at LB that were not considered tops in the league My main concerns on this team are still on offense especially at WR and the guy calling the plays being obsessed with the pass with an average at best QB and a below average receiving corp when the offense should really revolve around the RB's
  3. How could anyone think this was an easy schedule with 6 of the first 9 on the road That's tough no matter who the opponents are
  4. You have to be kidding me
  5. My guess is you haven't seen MJD play a lot bc he is a very good receiver and is basically the only weapon on that offense but still produces at a high level This was a fan vote so I was surprised Fred made the list but they used the same line for MJD not making the list as they did by saying they were surprised when they saw Fred made the list Tim Hasselbeck is a dope
  6. Revis is an overrated dbag who always has safety help over the top
  7. I don't get how he doesn't know who they drafted either
  8. Why do people always try and find problems The contracts on the D line will have zero impact on whether or not Levitre and Byrd get extended or resigned The bills have shown they are willing to spend especially to keep their own players so there is no reason to believe they won't do the same with Levitre and Byrd assuming they both want to stay Merriman is only guaranteed 3 mil which is basically a non factor these days.
  9. This thread is about the Sunday ticket and what other options there are for it not how good or bad DTV is If they keep the ordering process through the PS3 the same this year you will be able to order it if you decide to cancel DTV. The system asks you if you can get DTV at your house, answer no and continue with your order DTV is available in my area but I can no longer get their signal due to my neighbors trees.
  10. The Sunday ticket was available streaming through the PS3 last year. It had its problems especially early on but I will be purchasing again this year simply because there is no other option for me. I had DirecTv for ten years but canceled after the 2010 season because of signal problems due to neighbors trees and their awful cable boxes. Was nice to get rid of that eye sore off my roof as well
  11. Why would u want to trade their primary kick returner who just happens to be one of the best in the league
  12. My thought is I really hope this is sarcasm
  13. I don't think Ted ever worked with Peyton Manning
  14. Levy called the short yardage plays especially in the red zone and yes he did struggle towards the end bc he called the same freaking play every time and everyone knew it. Tight end went in motion from left to right, came back left and blocked up the middle left of center leading the RB I like the Stache but come on, the team hasn't even played a down in his system with him as the DC. Wade Phillips has been one of the best DC's in the league for a long time and is certainly the best the Bills have ever had I'm still not the huge fan of Gaileys a lot of people are. He is creative but I think he gets caught up in himself too much and is way too pass happy for a team with a below average receiving corp and whose strength is at RB Marchibroda proved how good he was when he made Vinny Testeverde look like Warren Moon when they were with Baltimore. No coincidence Bills offense started to decline when he left and Levy decided to get way too involved in the offense stating on more then one occasion that it was more complex then it used to be Levy said the league caught up with the no huddle which was obviously not true. He felt the need to get more involved and for some reason had one guy calling passing plays, another calling the running plays with him still calling short yardage...how dumb was that
  15. Didn't he say the same thing last offseason Even if he is healthy he should and will be a situational pass rusher
  16. No one is already threatening at rookie camp in May
  17. I replaced the carpet in my screened in porch today with my AppleTV on shuffle and Twisted Sisters We're not gonna take it came on followed by Quiet Riots Come on feel the noise so figured id share some other 80's tunes
  18. I think McGee is still the starter over Gilmore at least early on but Gilmore is def the nickel back with McKelvin or Brooks the dime back Morrison will be the starter on the strong side to start eventually splitting time with Bradham who I see being the starter towards the end of the season as well I am concerned with the depth on the D line or mor importantly the quality of depth they have. If Troup could somehow be a productive backup it would make a world of difference.
  19. Shame buddy's first draft with Bills was as bad as it was That draft should hv been O-line heavy instead of small school heavy
  20. I have never been a big VY fan but I don't see a downside to this signing. He is still young at 28, an athletic QB with a good arm that has been able to win in the league with a 2 mil salary This is a low risk high reward signing and at worst is an upgrade at backup QB
  21. I don't know if it's a guarantee that if they signed Meachem they wouldn't have signed Anderson but if they didn't there was always the draft to add another lineman I am a Meachem fan and think he would hv been perfect for this offense
  22. No he won't but Thigpen prob will I think this means Brad concentrates on being just a receiver next year
  23. The Eagles had a great draft and traded for Ryans to play MLB which has been a weak point on their team The Bills had a great offseason but could hv been better wirh Meachem if we want to be greedy.
  24. Love the new rules which should basically eliminate holdouts and makes singing rookies a breeze...should hxve been done in the last agreement
  25. When exactly was he a star in the league? He had one good year playing in an offense that had a fluke good year always playing from behind I agree Bills need another WR but not this clown
