I knew I remembered someone on here banging the table for Lamp. I couldn't remember if it was you, Bandit, or both.

The numbers are only because of the committee that Shanahan has always used at RB. He improved substantially from year one to two catching the ball out of the backfield and he is more than adequate while being younger and more explosive. That mustache is on point, but we don't really need the player.
-
Bro, you gotta sign him just for the mustache game he brings to the team photo alone. Seriously though, Brieda is more explosive, younger, and capable of catching passes out of the backfield.

I've been saying this for weeks, that his career may be over. If not I see a 2 to 3 year disruption while things play out. The whole situation and the circumstances in itself is not only strange, but disturbing to say the least. I can't see anyone wanting him to be the face of their franchise and choose to deal with the surrounding circus unless he is somehow fully exonerated, which seems HIGHLY unlikely.

This is a lie says people on here. The focus on ST? The misuse of cap space on players not worthy? Beane/McDermott keeping guys they should clearly release outright? -

Yeah, this will never reach the greatness of the Jeremy Maclin thread. -

Nervous, I am not. The Jets are gonna Jets. -
And he may be. When I did my first mock I had Jones going to SF @ #12. He is the Shanahan type of QB he looks for in that regard. I just think it's going to be someone different now that they traded up to #3. As long as NE misses out on the QB sweepstakes for any of the top rated guys, I'll take it.
-
Gambling addiction? Seriously though, I think it's going to happen. I don't think they traded up for Mac Jones whom they could have had @ #12, but who knows really.
-
I think Trey Lance is the 3rd QB taken @ #3 by San Francisco.

What a return on their investment.

I believe I remember his name as being one of the ones mentioned as struggling at the Senior Bowl practices this year as well, correct? -
Who is the one player you DON’T want the Bills to draft @30
H2o replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don't want any WR in Round 1 unless his last name is Waddle or Chase. Don't want any light weight, 3-Tech DT's. Don't want Nick Bolton in the 1st or 2nd Round. Don't want Jayson Oweh @ #30. -
At some point the light switch has to come on for Edmunds mentally. He has to process things faster, stop taking bad angles, and make the plays he should make when they are right in front of him to be made. We're going into his 4th year in this defense so there are really no excuses. Most of his inconsistencies are in run defense of course, but he will get lost in coverage occasionally as well. He also has a bad habit of running straight into an OL'man when blitzing instead of trying to shoot through a gap. I also wouldn't mind seeing him add about 10lbs to his frame so he could hold up better shedding blocks. He has the frame where he could do so. This year is make or break imo so it wouldn't hurt to draft a backup plan @ MLB. It will be interesting to see who is on the board @ #30 and to see the direction they go, especially if Zaven Collins is somehow still on the board. Guys like Jamin Davis (Kentucky), Monty Rice (Georgia), and Baron Browning (Ohio St.) are all intriguing prospects at the position to me as well.
