  1. I just FF through most of what Landry had to say, but I listened to Diggs. He's an intelligent young man who has been through a lot. I also believe that is why even though he is confident in his abilities, you can still see the humility he has about him. Good for Stefon. Hell of a job he's done by himself and with his family given the circumstances they faced. I am very proud he is on the Buffalo Bills.
  2. Another Dion Jordan
  3. This was the discussion a couple of weeks ago, where Bucky Brooks makes a donkey out of himself considering he's now saying the Ravens need to let Lamar "graduate". Acho is at least consistent with his opinions.
  4. I'd love to get Payton Turner/DE/Houston in Round 2 and Bobby Brown III/DT/Texas A&M in Round 3.
  5. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/04/27/dolphins-to-move-robert-hunt-from-tackle-to-guard-may-draft-a-tackle-in-first-round/ Maybe Miami is truly looking @ OT with #6?
  6. Flowers turned into a pretty decent G when playing for Washington. Good enough that Miami gave him 3 years and $30 million. How dumb does their FO look right now though? Van Noy? Signed, kept for a year, let go. Shaq Lawson? Signed, kept for a year, traded. Ereck Flowers? Signed, kept for a year, traded. Last offseason for them looks like a complete debacle.
  7. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/04/27/miami-trades-ereck-flowers-to-washington/ Maybe they are going OL @ #6? I'd personally be happy if they passed on any receiving talent like Pitts, Chase, Waddle, or Smith.
  8. Sorry, didn't see this thread first and created one. Bucky is a clown.
  9. Dunne must not have heard we're trading up in the 1st to take Etienne.
  10. People on TBD watching the draft Thursday night if this happens.
  11. The games played doesn't tell the entire story. Julio is on the injury report every week, from like week two on, pretty much every year. He's 32, it's not gonna get any better. Would I take him here? Absolutely. Would I act like we had won the SB if we did? Nah. There's not a team in the NFL that wouldn't want him, but at what cost? He's not gonna be worth the money he thinks he is imo. I'd rather draft another young WR.
  12. Too expensive, often injured, and on the decline.
  13. Dang, more art work in the front yard to follow.
  14. I thought Diggs might have been trying to get into the club with a fake ID as to keep a low profile.
  15. Nope, never played QB my friend. I understand what you're saying though. Still I see it as no different than what they faced in college. I don't think it will affect much.
  16. I mean, the opposition is still wearing a different jersey no matter the number. It shouldn't affect the QB imo. Agreed on the jersey sales.
  17. I hadn't watched him really until Simms ranked him ahead of Lawrence. After that I went and watched 6 games, every snap for the BYU offense. He's got a really good arm, can throw from the pocket, can throw on the run, is accurate to all levels of the field, and has good poise. He also throws the ball from different angles to fit through tight windows. Most of his incompletions were in a place where they could have been caught if not for a defender making a nice play or his receiver dropping the ball. The level of comp wasn't the SEC, but you can see the talent is there.
  18. Bill gets pissed and starts letting the dog make picks again after the 2nd Round.
  19. Honestly, I don't think we have time to do another. The draft starts Thursday night.
  20. Diggs says he wasn't in FL at the time and that he let a friend use it. The only story here is that the friend has likely f***** himself out of any future usage of Diggs' fleet.
  21. I've watched every game of Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah's career at Notre Dame. He was a 190lb LB coming out of HS in Hampton, VA. They knew he was a top tier athlete, but it took Clark Lea to put him in a position to be the most successful. In 2019 they put him at an OLB position they call the "Rover" on defense. He immediately began making an impact. His instincts are off the charts. He processes what's in front of him and attacks the ball carrier. That's why he's had 25 tfl's over the last two seasons. His closing burst is 2nd to none and when he gets to the ball carrier the pop in his pads is evident. In coverage? He can cover RB's, TE's, and slot WR's if necessary. He can run with them all. He's 6'2", 221lbs, with long arms, and he understands his roles in coverage. I think he's tailor made for this defense to play that Thomas Davis role and can easily add another 10lbs without the loss of any athleticism. He absolutely could cover Kelce and would be effective. Even with that said, I'm not trading up for anyone in this draft unless Jaycee Horn or Surtain somehow fall into the late teens.
